I am here today to tell you how not to Unfriend yourself.
๐ I was talking one evening with an old friend. He shared his thoughts with me and they weren't positive thoughts at all: you can't, it's not fair, it doesn't work, I don't believe, I can't, and so on. I was looking at him and I was sorry that this super intelligent man and endowed with so many qualities, lives in a world of impossibilities.
๐ People who claim to have the absolute truth are the most captive in their limiting thinking system. Many times this system is full of thoughts such as you can't, it doesn't work, it doesn't exist, and so on. It is these people who are farthest from objective reality because they lose sight of the multitude of perspectives from which a situation can be viewed.
Many times, we are trapped in our thoughts that run non-stop in our subconscious and slowly but surely build our daily reality. Yes, we are skeptical, we are cautious, we are Thomas the unbeliever, but what use is it to us?
We base our judgment on a bunch of beliefs implanted by each other and take them as supreme truths and often do not question them. Where is our skepticism now?
You can choose to keep the limiting beliefs that have formed randomly in your life over time or you can choose those beliefs that are right for you, those thoughts that are useful to you.
If you feel that they are right for you, wake up every morning practicing these thoughts:
Positive Thought 1: Yes, I can
I know my father can't, my mother can't, my friends can't and, in general, society can't, but I CAN. Every morning, don't think too much about the pros and cons of what you want to achieve, leave these details for later. Now, all you have in mind and heart is: YES, I CAN!
Positive Thought 2: Today I put another brick
โฆ To the construction of my dream. Slowly, constantly, wellโฆ this is how you fulfill your dreams, this is how you get to the lifestyle you want. Patience and perseverance are two of the highest human qualities and essential to achieving any dream.
Positive Thinking 3: Happiness is here and now
A lesson that I have been struggling to assimilate for a long time, although, involuntarily, I have lived it since I know myself. Happiness should not be postponed until that moment when you reach that goal when you get rid of I don't know what challenge, or when I don't know which planets will line up. No, happiness is here and now or it is not at all.
It is unreasonable to believe that you can be happy all the time. Try to stay naked in the cold for a few minutes and be happy during this time and you will see the limits of your happiness. But it is much more useful for you to constantly look for reasons for happiness than for reasons not to be happy.
The third thought of the morning should be: I am happy here and now. Besides the fact that this thought will give you a feeling of well-being at the beginning of the day, it will supply you all day with energy to use in achieving your dreams. ๐
Positive Thought 4: Today I manifest myself with all my strength, power๐ช๐ช๐ช
โฆ And with all my heart. Too often, we behave differently than we really are. Too often we live, say, and do things we don't want to do and that consumes our energy and makes us lose the joy of living.
Start with the thought of being you today, you the real one, the one you often hide from the world, for fear of not being judged. Stop hiding. The world needs you, the real one, not some mask of yours. The world is full of masks, with less authentic people.
Positive Thinking 5: The Universal Source is with me
โฆ Present in me. A thought that personally gives me an incredible power to start my day with confidence and calm. I know that I am not alone on the path of my life, that I am guided and protected by a force greater than me. I know that everything that happens to me is for my own good, even if I may not understand the reasons behind it at the moment.
โ This is an incredibly strong anchor. We, humans, are dominated by fear and uncertainty. In order to have the strength to do great things, we need to be in touch with a source of power. And the most powerful Source of power is the primordial one.
๐ก The thoughts you wake up with every morning influence your whole day. Yes!
These thoughts guide your attitude and actions from the shadows throughout the day. Think about the kind of day a person who wakes up with thoughts like, "Fuck, it's morning and I have to go to work." or "What a mess my life is." or "I woke up too late." will be having.
What kind of day will the one who wakes up with positive thoughts have to inspire and empower her/him? Should there be any effect? Try.
โช๏ธ๐ If you are still skeptical that our thoughts create our daily reality, I recommend you do an experiment.
Choose 5 positive thoughts that inspire you and consciously call them every morning for a week. Repeat each several times with the clear intention of believing them. You will see the results for yourself.
Of course, you can wake up with the positive thoughts that inspire you. The ones I listed may not be right for you, so don't take them for granted. Use those positive thoughts that inspire you and serve your purposes.

The world is full of skeptical people who believe only in the power of money, social function, professionalism, and accomplishments.
