Hi!
Today I am here to share a little light on a very important aspect happening daily within our mind heart and body.
May this article be useful for you all your life!
In Dostoevsky's latest novel, Ivan Karamazov complains that if God does not exist, then everything is allowed, and if everything is allowed, then we are lost. We can hardly oppose this belief. Fear, mistrust, and caution are natural. They help us manage the uncertainty of the world. When we move away from others, we avoid what they might do to us. Instead, love, courage, trust, and kindness are risky. When we trust, we can be irreparably hurt.
BUT
It is not enough to focus on moral education and the preaching of values. We as a society must ensure that every person, especially at the beginning of their existence, will have a complete development from a neuropsychic point of view. In the first years of life, maternal love and nutrition are crucial. Also, the progress of science gives us the opportunity to intervene at the genetic level to eliminate those "bad seeds" that lead to a dysfunctional brain. With a flourishing brain, everyone will better receive the blows of life.
We live in an age called by experts an age of extremes. We have to think and live differently, more than we have ever done in the past. We all have a reference level of resilience, of the way we have learned to relate to life and the changes it brings. Today, as each of us notices, our lives are reduced to change. Through everything, we do we are pushed to raise our level of resistance to this change.
🔑🔐 The "key" we all need to discover is not to try to change what is happening in the world, but, most importantly, to change our reaction to it all. We gain the power to respond in a conscious, healthy way, not to survive, but to be able to develop with change. All this we can obtain by regulating the communication of the heart with the brain, harmonizing this relationship which, we have always thought insignificant or non-existent, even.
How many of us have not lived and still live, situations in which we think something and feel something else, or we think something and we cannot feel. And this is because, as a child, no one taught us how to align our mind to our heart, how to harmonize this relationship.
Every moment, a conversation takes place between the heart and the brain. The heart sends a lot of information to the brain, and the brain responds and re-sends the information to the heart, but less. The brain communicates with the heart less than the heart communicates with the brain. This is happening every moment.
The question is - do you know what your heart tells your brain?
I'm receiving daily newsletters for more than 2 years now from HeartMath Institute and even attended some of their classes, webinars, and conferences/summits.
The revolutionary HeartMath Institute in Northern California, which researches the understanding of the heart in non-traditional ways that are not practiced in universities, has paved the way for us to understand this communication and how we can access it in life. For example, one of the things we can observe is that a conversation always forms between the mind and the brain when we have feelings such as frustration, anger, hatred, jealousy, anger, usually considered negative experiences. In fact, we send a signal to the brain through that negative experience. It's a chaotic signal, it looks like a bad day on the stock market. When the brain receives the signal, it releases related chemicals. A chaotic signal receives chemical compounds related to stress, high levels of adrenaline, and cortisone. This is good for short periods when we need to respond quickly to a threat. But you do not want to live every day with the stress compounds present constantly.
👉 When we are subjected to the chemistry of stress, our body makes a choice ... if something is important enough to create that chemistry of stress then it "thinks" that we do not need a strong immune system. We don't need anti-aging hormones so much. So we give them less energy and allocate it to the cause of stress. It's a good thing in the short term. But you don't want to live like that all the time. Maybe you know people who already do, colleagues or relatives. I also worked with people in this situation. They are most exposed to the difficulties of life. When the flu haunts the office, they take it first. They look older than they are because they carry stress on their face.
So ... How do we make the transition from the chaotic, incoherent signal to the constant, regular and coherent signal?
It seems simple, it's about the emotion you choose to create and experience in your heart. You choose the emotion, and the body reflects it through the chemistry of that emotion. Let's take control of the communication between the heart and the brain.
We decide what the heart tells the brain. We do this by invoking a feeling, a very precise feeling. I invite you to feel in your heart feelings like appreciation for anything or anyone, gratitude for anything and everyone, care, compassion. Researchers have found that these four words, no matter which one you choose, tend to trigger the optimal signal between mind and brain in most people. It's called coherence.
In more detail...It's a very low-frequency signal. Below 1 Hz, it is actually 0.1 Hz. You feel the emotion of a very low-frequency signal, but you don't need to know that. We now tune these two separate neural networks, obtaining a single strong neural network.
This is the key to the extraordinary and mystical experiences you have read about all your life. This is the key. Once this connection is established, it is the door, it is the portal to a myriad of experiences. Affirmations help us restructure a subconscious belief. For the statement to be subconscious, we must communicate with the subconscious in a language that he understands. A language through which we feel what we express.
In NLP, we call this "congruence", to be congruent in what you feel and what you think and express.
I am an NLP Professional since 2003 and I hope this article has brought some light on a few aspects of your life and that it will be of any help to you!
