Why we sometimes feel like we should die like no one needs you and feels like your good for nothing and wants to cry out loud to last stage that don't wanna listen to music as well everything feels like why it even exist ..... And wants to break everything around you and you don't have any specific reason to blame on .... Like literally nothing happened nothing and you just feels very low and wants to cry and don't have any reason to uffff why everything is so confusing just want to break something and you can't even cry cuz your in a public gathering ...... Whyyyyy I'm I even in this world ...... For no reason

So it's natural to feel this way its Totally fine your just depressed because of something not specifically but yes for some minimum minimum things which are not the way you wanted them to be so best thing to do in such situations is just wrote down try to try to get your thoughts and deep emotions to paper so that they won't cloud your brain actually it's my own experience when ever I feel this way or wanna cry for no reason I just start writing my thoughts and eventually I start feeling batter as I'm doing it right now hopefully it's helpful for you just have a good sleep and if you can't even do that have a bath hopefully this will help you guys stay happy
