Smartphones are actually smart and got radiator levels. To my understanding this radiator level if too high can cause damage to the human brain.
I once got back from work and was a bit stressed out. I knew I needed some sleep just so I would get enough energy the next day. Before sleeping, I decided to check some messages I got on WhatsApp. I opened the app and the chat got interesting. I stayed a little longer because my boyfriend was actually online, and we were having an argument. I totally forgot that I needed to sleep. As time passed, I began to feel sleepy, nature was calling lol. I told him I needed to sleep because I was dozing off already. He insisted I stayed online for us to get to a conclusion on what we were arguing about. I accepted because I didn't want him to come hit me up the following day in the name of I always run off whenever we're having an argument.
I stayed back online till I drifted off to sleep, I didn't know. He had dropped a series of messages for me and thought I was just ignoring him. I slept off, leaving my phone under my head. When I woke up the next morning, my data was on and the phone was just under my head. I felt bad not for anything but the fact that I wasted data. Later on that day I had a severe headache and my face hurt so bad. I told him about it and all he could do was say sorry, he also told me to see a pharmacist which i declined immediately. See a pharmacist? No! That's not me. I hate anything about drugs. The situation got worse and I had no other option than to see the pharmacist. I narrated my plight to her and she advised me and also prescribed drugs to me.
The advice from the pharmacist;
She asked about the radiator level of my phone and I was like "what's that"? That was actually the first time I heard such a word. I didn't know what it meant until she explained better. She told me it wasn't safe for me to sleep with my phone under my head. She gave me a code on how to check the radiator level of my phone and she also told me that if the radiator level of my phone is above 1.6W/KG then I should throw my phone far away from me because it would put my life and brain at risk.
The result;
I went to my phone pad immediately without hesitation and dialed the code and pheww! My phone's radiator level was just the exact number I was given. I took a screenshot of it which I would show you;
Source-my phone
There you have it.
I was advised to continue with the medication till I got better and was warned never to sleep with my phone anymore. Now no matter how sleepy I am and no matter how much anyone forces me to stay online when I'm sleepy, I will disobey the person, especially my boyfriend lol cause he is fond of doing that. I will just have to put my phone in a safe place and sleep comfortably so I don't wake up with a damaged brain.
So what's the radiator level of your phone? Have you ever checked? Try yours too!
