I've been very unmotivated with my current service (which is Silk-Screen) and have been thinking about leaving it on the back burner, of course I'd rather be working just posting and earning money for the Hive ecosystem (and all its possible tokens), but at the height of the market downturn it's hard to see this as sustainable, however, clearly this may just be because my bias, my gaze, is clouded and does not understand how great this ecosystem is. It's not hard to look at the hot-topics and see people making a handsome profit on all their posts, and I wonder what the path to that is, how to get there? I've been around for over two years now and I see that there are many simple tutorials for you to start your journey on Hive, but I don't know how to find materials that will help me move to other levels, understand the system of growth and advancement. Even though I needed to take out practically a thousand HIVES to support myself in the tough times I went through recently, my plan is to continue steadily around here and who knows, maybe see token growth again, plus a nice appreciation of the currency.

Doing a quick calculation it seems to me that it is hard for me to get more than $50 a month at the current value of the dollar, which would not be even close to what is necessary to survive. But who knows, maybe my income will improve around here. Anyway, mirroring myself in others, in those who are successful in this network could help me a lot to have the necessary motivation. So here's my question: Do you make a living out of this? Do you work for Hive? Or can you at least say that Hive is part of your monthly income? It is not news that there is no magic formula to achieve wealth, but I often catch myself thinking in a sabotaging way that such riches are not attainable for those who don't have a strong initial drive, which is not my case. Even though I have built this little shack (and not a castle) here at Hive in an analog, manual and hard-working way, I don't see a significant rise, unfortunately. This is all sounding like the speech of a discouraged person, but on the contrary, what I want is exactly to find the right direction to make this path straighten out in a more efficient and propulsive way. Any help is welcome!

Ando bem desmotivado com meu atual serviço (que é a serigrafia/Silk-Screen) e tenho pensado em deixa-lo em segundo plano, claro que eu preferiria estar trabalhando apenas postando e ganhando dinheiro pelo ecossistema do Hive (e todos seus tokens possíveis), mas em plena baixa de mercado é difícil ver isso como sustentável, porém, claramente isso pode ser apenas porque meu viés, meu olhar, está nublado e não compreende o quão grande é esse ecosistema. Não é difícil olhar para os hot-topics e ver gente tirando um lucro bonito em todos os seus posts e me pergunto qual é o caminho para isso, como chegar até lá? Estou há mais de dois anos por aqui e vejo que existem muitos tutoriais simples para você começar sua jornada no Hive, mas não sei como encontrar materiais que me ajudem a passar para outros níveis, compreender o sistema de crescimento e avanço. Ainda que eu tenha precisado tirar praticamente mil HIVES para me sustentar nos tempos difíceis que passei recentemente, meu plano é continuar firme por aqui e quem sabe ver o crescimento dos tokens novamente, além de uma bela valorização da moeda.

Fazendo uma conta rápida me parece que é difícil que eu consiga tirar mais do que 50 dólares por mês no atual valor que o dólar está, o que não seria nem perto do necessário para sobreviver. Mas sabe-se lá, talvez meus rendimentos melhorem por aqui. De qualquer forma, espelhar-se no outro, nos que fazem sucesso nessa rede poderia me ajudar muito a ter motivação necessária. Então fica a minha pergunta: Você vive disso? Você trabalha pelo Hive? Ou ao menos dá para dizer que o Hive é parte da sua renda mensal? Não é novidade que não existe fórmula mágica para alcançar a riqueza, mas muitas vezes me pego pensando de forma sabotadora que tais riquezas não são alcançáveis para quem não tem um propulsor inicial avantajado, que não é meu caso. Ainda que eu tenha construído esse pequeno barraco (e não um castelo) aqui no Hive de forma analógica, manual e esforçada, não vejo uma ascensão significativa, infelizmente. Isso tudo está parecendo um discurso de alguém desmotivado, mas pelo contrário, o que eu quero, é exatamente encontrar o rumo certo para fazer esse caminho endireitar-se por um viés mais eficiente e com propulsão.
