I have been working with Serigraphy (Silk Screen Print) for three years. I decided to leave the world of conventional jobs where you work for other people, because not only did this not serve me concerning my way of thinking and acting, but I knew I would not go anywhere living in services that did not make me happy really, although with a more balanced and concrete financial stability. The decision for screen printing came naturally from my relationship with the arts, I have always loved art in general and had even tried an experiment with screen printing in the past but without much success, for several reasons, mainly the lack of practice and instructions.

Some paints and some unhealthy snacks for busy working hours

A friend helping me set up the printing table, where the T-shirt prints will be made, all handmade, by ourselves, to save money!
Everything I learned in this new phase was through youtube and other forums on the topic. It was a long process to get rid of the mistakes and problems that made trying to work for yourself almost disheartening. I ended up giving up a partnership with some friends because it is always difficult to reconcile everyone's visions and perceptions of the world in the same ideal and objective and I ended up following my project on my own, working steadily and little by little making fixed clients. I live in a small town where the demand is not so great, but likewise, there are not many competitors for the service, so, I have more peace of mind about that. My love for serigraphy is much more linked to experimentalism and pure art, the idea of creating incredible and crazy prints for T-shirts, but what I do most are conventional clothes, uniforms from companies or schools, parties, and the like, but is the one who pays the most and leaves the most, so I can't deny them.

In the absence of a model, I was left to divulge the art of an event that we had in the region, these events always helped a lot in the money, because they were quite orders. Now with the pandemic, that is in the past.

In screen printing it is possible to print on almost any material, in my spare time and with a lot of creativity I do this kind of experimentation!

In the future, a friend and I will have a project (which is already underway to work only with artistic and intelligent prints, of a more focused niche). My job is Proof of Brain because it requires a whole manual and mental process to happen. Maybe in another post, I will explain in more detail how the "magic of serigraphy" happens, but for today I am here more to show a little of the photos of this process and its results. Hope you like it!
Thank you for your attention and your votes! Pob has been a big surprise for me and has helped me a lot to grow here, besides helping to pay the bills in this kind of complicated moment that Brazil has been going through.
