Yet another FAKE WARRANT extortion incident by the Government Sponsored CDER Group headed by Nicholas Sean Tubbs, wreaked on a vulnerable family at Christmas.
Illegal bailiff Mohammed Hanif - public phone no 07870906670 , sneaked up in the early hours of the morning, on this London home, and then hit the trail back to his home town of Leicester or thereabouts.
He claimed to have executed an authentic WARRANT, which he does not have, and does not even have a warrant number. Bizarrely, he does not know which court granted his Bailiff License, and does not appear on the register.
His demand of £620, includes £225 for Enforcement, and £75 for Compliance, all without VAT, and no mention of Court Fees in the breakdown.
He later claimed to be authorised by the Central London County Court, a claim backed up by Enforcement Manager Ruth Long, who states that CDER does not need to pay VAT, and can provide the accounts to prove it, but cannot confirm they are exempt under the law.
Nearly an hour passed, and still the pair cannot muster up a WARRANT number, offering up numerous alternatives and explanations.
As a Muslim gentleman, he confirms that it is immoral and sinful to deceive and act wrongfully falls under the doctrine of HARAM, which is clearly breached here.
The really disturbing bit, is the end, where they affirmed that the police will back them up, to steal the car. With Hanif then saying he is 1000 per cent sure of that.

The respected public officials, are really acting as a violent criminal gang, routinely using counterfeit Court Proceedings as a justification to break in, and steal Homes, Savings, Businesses, Cars and Children.
