A PSYCHOLOGIST ONCE SAID "EVEN IF YOU ARE AN ANGEL, THERE WILL BE PEOPLE WHO WILL BE DISTURBED BY THE SOUND OF YOUR WINGS."
I'm guessing he said this to emphasise that as an individual you are unrelated to the opinions and feelings of other people. You are valuable regardless of what other people think. You run the risk of internalising other people's perceptions of you and meeting numerous people who will attempt to put their own fears onto you. To defend yourself, you must accept that others do not have the ability to define you.
They can't see what's in the inside of you. Furthermore, how others see you is really an indication of their own character. No matter how good you are, there will always be others who think differently however it is important to remember that your worth is not determined by the perceptions of others.
Dear friend, in life, you will encounter criticism, judgment, and misunderstandings, but these do not diminish your true essence.
Your value is rooted in your authenticity, your kindness, and your integrity. I mean these are qualities that are not based on rooted on external validation. Learning to stay true to yourself, despite others' reactions, is a vital step toward inner peace.
Remember, the opinion of one person does not define your identity, and the voice that truly matters is the one within you. Embrace your uniqueness and trust in your journey, knowing that you are enough just as you are.
