Now I come to report to you how is my routine in this work
Calendar
First I try to schedule what will be posted in the week. As I intend to do at least 1 post per day, I have to analyze what subject I want to address. There are two posts that occur weekly, which are The strength of the Brazilian community in Leo, where I do not use the POB tag on it, as it is exclusive content for that tribe, and Win a 100 POB delegation, where I do not use the LEO tag, because is exclusive content of the proof of brain tribe.
So from then on I look for seven more subjects to be addressed in the week, knowing that I already have one in each tribe in case I can't make it and make only 6 posts a week. Another tribe that I'm trying to create a habit of doing at least 1 or 2 posts a week is CINE, where I try to bring film analysis in a different and relaxed way, using my creativity, then my brain, so I put the POB tag in the alternative on these posts.
As I am a libertarian and I like politics, I always try to bring one or two posts addressing this topic, from a philosophical (brain) and economic (leo) point of view. Which ensures that I can use both tags.
Issues involving cryptocurrencies or the impact of the traditional economy on them are also topics that I like to raise where I can address both communities.
And at the end of the creative process, I raise some questions that I could see in the POB community during my curation process, bringing my views on the situation addressed.
All of this condensed in one week, to start again in the next, so if I'm more keen on one topic than another, I can leave some posts already pre-written for when I have any creative block.
Rewards
After understanding the creative process and the weekly calendar of posts, I go to the part of analyzing the reward of my posts, to know what to give more attention in the following week, according to what was best evaluated during the week.
My weekly contest receives between 50-100 POB, where I delegate 100 POB to the winner, yes I am giving the prize a larger amount than I will receive because the reward is divided by 2, half with the author and half with the curators .
Posts about politics and economics, generally receive between 50-150 POB, as it is a long subject and that I like to work on, I believe it is a considerable value for a passing post.
200 POB that 2 months ago was easily reached, today it has become a rare piece among my posts, in the last 23 days, I had only 1 post that managed to reach this value, which shows that there are several users with PobPower smaller than mine, but who have the authorship ability to produce high quality content and thus more often reach the 200+ POB mark.
Paying bills
There is the factor of withdrawal of reward to pay the bills, as now this is my job, I will routinely need to withdraw POB and thus pay slips.
When I made the post saying that I had decided it was going to be my new job, I estimated giving PowerUp on all my curation reward (which I am doing so far calmly) and withdrawing 25% of my gain with authorship to pay the bills.
It turns out that the price is not static, and with the decrease in my voting power, the decrease in the value of the DOL in relation to the BRL (-8%, from 5.78 to 5.33), and a lower rewards in the posts of my authorship, if made it necessary to change this value upwards.
In order to work more smoothly, I decided to pay my June bills on the first day. That way I already made withdrawals in May, my first month in the new job.
I have already managed a little more than 65% of the total expenditure, which leaves me with 4 more days in May to try to raise that figure. Obviously, if the dollar price of POB goes up, that value will arrive faster. With the current quote I would need just under 700 POB to pay all my fixed and variable expenses. Which, due to my rewards accounts in view of the last 7 days, I manage to pay 220 POB per week with authorship in my portfolio, which would make me achieve this amount in 22 days (70%, 25% with the current values), leaving 8 days to stake and increase the power of my curator account.
Obviously all these values vary more or less depending on the quote, but I believe that if the POB is worth between 0.7 or 0.8 cents, 50% would be enough.
Future ideas
My main future goal of POB is to spread it and bring more people to know and be part of it. We need a growing and active community.
POB outside POB is already a reality, rewarding creative minds that are willing to materialize the POB that is only on the network, for the palpable world. And there will be more news coming, recycling an old idea that I had in 2017/18 at S ***** t and it was not put into practice 100%, having only one fruit. Different from the current one, which is already a reality with 2 people being rewarded.

Primeiro eu tento programar o que será postado na semana. Como pretendo fazer ao menos 1 postagem por dia, tenho que analisar qual assunto quero abordar. Então a partir dai procuro mais sete outros assuntos para serem abordados na semana, sabendo que já tenho um em cada tribo para caso eu não consiga e faça apenas 6 postagens na semana. Outro tribo que eu estou tentando criar um hábito de fazer ao menos 1 ou 2 posts na semana é CINE, onde tento trazer análises de filme de uma maneira diferente e descontraida, usando minha criatividade, logo meu cérebro, por isso coloco a tag POB subsidiariamente nessas postagens.
Como sou um libertário e gosto de política, sempre tento trazer uma ou duas postagens abordando essa temática, de um ponto de vista filosófico (brain) e econômico (leo). O que garante que eu possa usar as duas tags.
Assuntos envolvendo criptomoedas ou o impacto da economia tradicional para com elas, também são tópicos que gosto de levantar onde posso abordar para as duas comunidades.
E por fim do processo criativo, eu levanto algumas indagações que pude ver na comunidade POB durante meu processo de curadoria, trazendo meus pontos de vista sobre a situação abordada.
Tudo isso condensado em uma semana, para na próxima começar novamente, dessa maneira se estou mais aguçado em um assunto do que em outro, posso deixar alguns posts já pré-escritos para quando eu tiver algum bloqueio criativo.
Recompensas
Depois de entender o processo criativo e o calendário semanal de postagens, vou a parte de analisar a recompensa das minhas postagens, para saber o que dar mais atenção na semana seguinte, de acordo com o que foi melhor avaliado durante a semana.
O meu concurso semanal recebe entre 50-100 POB, onde eu delego 100 POB para o vencedor, sim estou dando de prêmio uma quantia maior do que vou receber pois a recompensa é dividido por 2, ficando metade com o autor e metade com os curadores.
Postagens sobre política e economia, geralmente recebem entre 50-150 POB, como é um assunto extenso e que eu gosto de trabalhar, acredito ser um valor considerável para uma postagem passageira.
200 POB que 2 meses atrás era facilmente atingido, hoje já se tornou peça rara entre as minhas postagens, nos últimos 23 dias, tive apenas 1 postagem que conseguiu atingir esse valor, o que mostra que há vários usuários com PobPower menor que o meu, mas que possuem a habilidade de autoria para produzir conteúdos de qualidade alta e com isso conseguirem por mais vezes atingir a marca de 200+ POB.
Pagando Contas
Há o fator de retirada de recompensa para pagar as contas, como agora esse é o meu trabalho, rotineiramente precisarei retirar POB e com isso pagar boletos.
Quando fiz a postagem falando que tinha decidio que iria ser esse meu novo emprego, eu estimava dar PowerUp em toda minha recompensa de curadoria (o que estou conseguindo até agora tranquilamente) e retirar 25% do meu ganho com autoria para pagar as contas.
Acontece que o preço não é estático, e com a diminuição do meu poder de voto, a baixa do valor do DOL em relação ao BRL (-8%, de 5.78 para 5.33), e uma menor recompensas nas postagens de minha autoria, se fez necessário alterar esse valor para cima.
Para poder trabalhar com mais tranquilidade, decidi pagar minhas contas de Junho já no dia primeiro. Dessa maneira já fiz retiradas em Maio, meu primeiro mês no novo trabalho.
Já consegui pouco mais de 65% da despesa total, o que me deixa com ainda mais 4 dias em Maio para tentar fazer esse valor subir. Obviamente que se o preço em dólar do POB subir, esse valor chegará mais rápido. Com a cotação atual eu precisaria de pouco menos de 700 POB para pagar todas minhas despesas fixas e variáveis. O que pelas minhas contas de recompensas em vista dos últimos 7 dias, eu consigo após pagar a delegação do concurso, ter em minha carteira 220 POB por semana com autoria, o que me faria conseguir esse valor em 22 dias (70%, não mais 25% com os valores atuais), sobrando 8 dias para dar stake e aumentar o poder da minha conta de curadoria.
Obviamente todos esses valores variam para mais ou para menos dependendo da cotação, mas acredito que se o POB estiver valendo entre 0.7 ou 0.8 cents, 50% já bastaria.
Ideias futuras
Meu objetivo principal futuro do POB é espalha-lo e trazer mais pessoas para conhecer e fazer parte dele. Precisamos de uma comunidade crescente e atuante.
O POB outside POB já é uma realidade, recompensando mentes criativas que estão dispostas a materializarem o POB que está apenas na rede, para o mundo palpável. E terá mais novidades vindo, reciclando uma ideia antiga que tive em 2017/18 no S*****t e não foi posta em prática 100%, tendo apenas um fruto. Diferente do atual que já é uma realidade com 2 pessoas sendo recompensadas.
