Hi mushroom lovers, we're finally back together today for the #FungiFriday challenge hosted by @ewkaw.
Mushroom hunting is truly never boring because I know I'll find unique mushrooms with different shapes every day. And the first beautiful mushroom I'd like to share with you today is a species of brown mushroom that grows on dry logs.
I'd like to call this mushroom a wood mushroom because its shape closely resembles a dry log. One of the wood mushrooms I found today had a still-wet calyx, making it truly stunning.
Another thing that really amazed me when I saw this mushroom was the underside of the mushroom, which has a beautiful texture in the form of neatly arranged ribs. I'm so happy to have found this beautiful mushroom today. Hopefully, I can find more beautiful mushrooms like this in the future. It seems like this mushroom has a long shelf life and doesn't wilt easily like most other mushrooms.
Then, the second beautiful mushroom I found today was an orange mushroom, which I call the sponge mushroom because it resembles an orange sponge cake. I found this mushroom growing in the cracks of the wood. The underside of this mushroom is truly beautiful, and it also looks chubby, which I really like.
The underside of the mushroom is also very beautiful, which makes me really enjoy looking at it. This mushroom also wilts very quickly, and it seems I was lucky today to find this beautiful mushroom just in time.
These are two beautiful mushrooms that I can share with you. Thank you to everyone who visited my mushroom post today.
