Hello friends,
This Friday, instead of food, I will share with you a few photos of edible mushrooms from my area.
Oyster mushrooms
One of the most numerous autumn and winter mushrooms. It is often harvested and used as food. I usually find them next to poplar or willow stumps.
Buttery collybia (Butter cup)
It is also a common mushroom in late autumn. Unfortunately, it was not named after the taste but the color of the cap. It usually grows on lawns individually or sometimes a few mushrooms a little away from each other.
Agaricus bitorquis
This type of mushroom is most often found on the edge of the poplar forest as it emerges from the sand.
