Jesień to okres, w którym mogę nieco zmniejszyć obroty po ostatnich siedmiu intensywnych miesiącach. To znaczy, mogę wstać o nieco późniejszej godzinie, a nie tak jak wcześniej, póki świt. Równa się to też z tym, że moje śniadanie nie musi być jedzone w pośpiechu, jak przeważnie wyglądało to do tej pory, oraz że może być ono bardziej urozmaicone. Robione pomału, z namysłem i zachciankami, na które mam ochotę. Lubię eksperymentować w kuchni, lubię gotować i wymyślać nowe przekąski lub wprowadzać zmiany do przepisów, z których korzystałem już wcześniej. Nie jestem kucharzem. Jestem kulinarnym odkrywcą i gotuje po prostu z pasji. Ostatnio wpadłem na pomysł, aby urozmaicić tosty, które są większości z nas znane, grzybami. Dokładniej rzecz ujmując, urozmaicić tosty sosem grzybowym zrobionym na wiejskiej śmietanie, którą kupuje od pani hodującej krowy. I like experimenting in the kitchen, I like cooking and inventing new snacks or making changes to recipes I have used before. I'm not a cook. I am a culinary explorer and I cook simply out of passion. Recently I came up with the idea to diversify toast, which most of us are familiar with, with mushrooms. More specifically, diversify the toast with mushroom sauce made with country cream, which I buy from a lady who raises cows. Since I like mushrooms, picking them and eating them, I decided it would be an interesting combination. In my opinion, it turned out interesting and, most importantly, tasty. Today, I want to share this successful culinary experiment with you.

1 . Grzyby czyścimy z resztek lasu, myjemy, kroimy w kawałki.

2 . Peel the onions and cut them into large pieces.
3 . Na patelni rozpuszczamy smalec, kiedy się podgrzeje nakładamy pokrojone grzyby i smażymy kilkanaście minut.
