I spotted these little colonies of mushrooms throughout the backyard. They probably are due to all the rain we keep having.
I do think they are cute when they look like this rather than the little umbrella tops.
There sure were enough of them throughout the yard that morning.
Then I spotted this little one all alone next to the patio block. It had fuzz from the Cottonwood tree all over it.
Later in the morning I took some garden debris out to the compost pile and found this cluster on a fallen tree trunk.
They were pretty well shriveled by the time I saw them, but I thought they were interesting none the less.
That's it for my mushroom finds as of late around the home. I haven't had time to go out on any walkabouts, so these will do for today's post. Have a great weekend everyone.
