Buds have started forming on all the plants, and the stretch is on. Two of the four have reached the netting, and it is only a matter of days before the other two reach it as well. Once they do they have support to grow large colas. A big problem I had before using netting, or what is known as the SCROG technique was the buds would get too top heavy and fall over. At the time they would touch the sides of the grow tent when they bent and I was always worried about mold. But now with the netting I do not need to worry about that anymore. As long as each cola gets one of the netting squares they should do great. So now I am training the branches to grow through the squares of the netting. And soon enough they will be above the second netting as well.

Growing all the plants the same size has been a challenge. One of the seeds emerged about two days later than the others, even though this sounds like a small amount of time they got a head start on that one. Also the three other plants entered flower automatically before smaller one. So I think it got shocked going to flower when it was not ready yet. But since I could not control that factor I just had to let it happen.
The canopy is filling out nice, hopefully all four plants will fill in the netting well in a few weeks.
Right side is the plant that was a little late emerging, and it seems not so happy about going to flower early. But it seems to be stabilizing now.
Smells are coming from the tent now, walking by I can smell the flowers. And when I handle the plant it has that distinct fruit gum smell to it. Its been a novelty to grow, a challenge none the less. So far the hermie has not shown any more male flowers, so not really sure what that was about. But I am keeping an eye on it. So besides the unexpected autos its been a good grow.
I had to be quick while taking these pictures, its bad to expose the cannabis plants to light while sleeping. So I did not get the best setup and just used my smartphone to take some pictures. I will post better ones when I harvest, but during the flower period the pictures are just going to be yellow with the light on. Or kind of dark when the lights are off so I do not shock my plants any more than they already have delt with being autos.
