If it were possible, I'd be listening to music in everything I find myself doing but some situations isn't okay for me to listen to music. I've learned to understand that there's time for everything but I try to make most of my day to be music filled even for short period of time. This is made possible thanks to my listening devices.
Music is a whole world of it's own that the experience changes however you choose to listen to it, whether in silence using an earphone or sharing with others using loudspeakers. I listen to music for various reasons and because of that, there are listening styles I prefer for most of them to have a better flow of that time spent.
As a music lover, just for listening sake and for when I am busy with work at home, I make use of my music box or home theater when we had one. I think I contributed to how the last one we had got bad because of constant use. The way music sound from a loud speaker feels like the best experience for me, all sounds and beats are clear.
I'm not a good dancer but with a loudspeaker playing from my favourite music playlist while I'm working in the house, I dance like I'm so good at it with a party vibe. I've once lived with someone who had a very strong sound system at home as he's a big lover of loud music, the experience there for me was very beautiful and contagious.
I would want to go for the option of banging my ears and disturbing the neighbourhood if I had the chance and If I'd be too busy with my work at home. But there are limits to using this option for my sake and considering the others who aren't really interested to listen to what I want to listen to, so I go for my next favourite listening option.
This option is my most used listening style, because I use it for many reasons. When I want to feel relaxed and sleep fine, when I want to hear the words of the song more clearly as I look through it's lyrics, when I want to know every bit about the song, when I want to sing along quietly, when I don't want to be talked to or be focused.
Also when I want to make recordings or avoid some noise from others, I make use of my earpiece or airpods to listen to my music. This option has not only let me know a lot of music but also connect more deeply to their lyrics and meaning. It is my favourite form of listening to music for all the reasons I shared and even more.
Listening to music using earphones have helped me understand more about music than I would when I just listen for the sake of enjoying my other activities or to dance. Music deserves better understanding and appreciation from listeners, I'll say this listening method will help listeners achieve that easily like it does for me.
