The world is rapidly evolving every day and the question that had been circulating before now is whether AI and robot machines would replace humans completely?
For the past years, humans have been employed to work in companies and ensure that smooth activities are running while they are being paid for their efforts at the end of the month. This is something that has helped put food on the table for humans and has enabled them to achieve lots of goals they could not.

One thing I believe about creating and opening companies is to hire qualified people, and while they are working to make the company keep progressing, the owners are also trying to help avert unemployment, while people would have jobs to cater for themselves and their families.
What then is the use of hiring only AI agents, thereby stopping people from their jobs and depriving them of employment opportunities? Since these machines are there to make work easier and stress-free, they shouldn't be something to stop people from working.
If there's something we must understand; AI cannot replace humans. They can only help make work efficient and relieve people of too much workload.
I also believe that as individuals, we have a purpose on earth - it is to bring ease for people around us, making them enjoy what we have at our disposal while making lives comfortable and peaceful for everyone.
If I'm starting a company today, my purpose would be to help people by providing jobs for them in my company. I need humans who can feel. I don't need AI agents who would only be responsive to instructions given to them and not talk back when you need them, especially when it has to do with our reasonings.
It's always good to have humans around you where you can all come together to brainstorm with ideas. In fact, ideas can be gotten from AI agents while working towards building the best for the growth of the company. I need humans to do my work alongside AI serving as an assistant to them.
A company that consists of different kinds of humans would make it thrive. If there's one thing I would appreciate, it's the human connection. Creating a place where we can have fun at the end of our work. Having amazing people to interact with. AIs cannot act like humans do. So, this is why I would hire humans to work in my company while also helping to eradicate poverty.
I'm not saying making use of AI agents isn't possible for me. Why not? But they won't be the only agent helping to run my company. They will be there just to make the work faster while not loading my employees with work, which could make them break down if there's no rest. But it doesn't mean I would condone slackness or inefficient humans around me.
I want to be able to help those in need. I want to help alleviate poverty around me, and this is one way I would make it work if I have a company of my own and not just to keep AI agents around me when people are out there suffering and living a rough life because they don't have a better chance at opportunities like this.
