AI or Humans
If I created a new company that has a workforce that allows both humans and AI, and I'm given the option to employ one and leave the other, I would choose to employ AI.
In this age we are in, Artificial Intelligence is becoming something very useful in many organizations. It's gradually replacing human efforts, and even though it's disadvantageous to the humans seeking jobs because there is no longer space to employ humans, it's very beneficial because it helps achieve great productivity in less time and with fewer financial resources.
I just mentioned the top reasons I would prefer to hire AI over hiring humans. In this age and in the time to come, people who still prefer to use human services in a field where Artificial Intelligence can be used, just because they want to maintain old traditions of work pattern are simply doing something equivalent to using the belly to beat the drum when there’s a real drum close by to beat.
Employing AI reduces financial spending compared to a situation where human staff are hired. The money used to pay 20 staff members can be saved or redirected into other investments in the organization. Employing AI is far more profitable in this era because it covers a vast amount of work in a short time. We all know how important time management is in the workplace. Would you not prefer to employ something that gets work, which usually takes 24 hours to complete, done in just 5 minutes and perfectly as well? This means high productivity.
The only little issue a situation like that may pose is that whatsoever AI will be employed still needs human effort to control things. So human beings will still be employed, though in fewer numbers or perhaps just one staff member.
Thanks!
