Hi everyone. Hope you all are well as always.
When it comes to books, the thing that makes me addicted is the comfort when seeing writing on paper. Because my world begins with a piece of paper that tells a story. Then, readers will always know how it feels to tear the plastic from a book and smell the new paper. That's very addictive. I, sometimes feel that—you know about this addicted, I'm afraid that I overdose like someone who is addicted to drugs. So yes, my answer to this week's prompt is—definitely, I prefer book over the pdf.
Back then, when I still live in my hometown which was far from a bookstore, I have a best-selling novel on pdf. Someone shared that pdf and I enjoyed reading from pdf. Then I know that, a novel on pdf is illegal. I regret it then decided never read a novel on pdf because I respect all authors. I am also an author and feel hate when someone reads my novel on pdf. I just read e-books on the ipusnas application—that I have ever shared. So, I have never read pdf even though that's for free.

Reading a real book, and being immersed in a few stacks of books is truly more enjoyable. In this digital era, when you read an e-book, you will definitely be disturbed and triggered to open another application, so reading a physical book will really make you take a break from your gadget. Returning to physical books is one way for physical book publishers and bookstores to continue to exist.
Outside the context of pdf, reading books in digital form is indeed practical. You can carry hundreds of book titles in your hand. But I still like to carry physical books everywhere even if it's just one book. Carrying physical books is also risky in terms of—like you can drop the book and damage it, or you can accidentally spill water on it, or it will tear if you are not careful. For me, frivolous things like that are actually a challenge for me. If the book I'm reading is really good, I will just read it at home and not carry it anywhere. If it were the other way around—for example, the book I read was a book I bought pre-loved, I would bring it everywhere with one note, adding plastic so it wouldn't get wet if I accidentally spilled the water.
So of course I choose to have a physical book rather than reading a pdf where nowadays pdf is a form of piracy in the world of literacy.
Thanks in advance, to read my blog and hope you like my post!
See you on the next post...

Hi, Halo, Annyeong, welcome to my galaxy.
I have so much imagination in my head. Something that I can't achieve as a human and as a girl. So writing is very challenging. Since Junior High School, I have written whatever I want to write. Without skill, I just write what I want to read. Now I have 12th published novels and all of those are romance.
Yeah, I proudly say that I am a passionate author, traveler wannabe, and blogger.
