Diese Woche steht für die weekly challange die Karte Time Mage des Life Splinter im Fokus. Ich selbst hatte das Glück aus einem meiner wenigen CL Packs eine Gold Foil version dieser netten Dame zu ziehen. Deshalb kommt mir diese Herausforderung ganz gelegen und liefert mir Stoff für einen neuen Splinterlands-Beitrag.

Schauen wir uns die Karte doch einmal etwas genauer an. Sie kostet 4 Mana, hat 3 Trefferpunkte und in meiner Gold Foil Version, welche auf Stufe 2 ist, 5 Geschwindigkeit. Hinzu kommt die Fähigkeit Verlangsamung. Zum Zeitpunkt des Schreibens dieses Artikels kostet ein BCX Regular Foil rund 0.25 $.

Die Aufstellung | The Lineup
Für den Kampf standen Rot und Weiss, bei 29 und den Regeln Even Stevens, Weak Magic zur Auswahl. Ich habe versucht meine Aufstellung so zu gestallten, dass es keine Rolle spielt ob der Gegner Rot oder Weiss spielt.

| Position 4: Die Support-Karte, Venari Crystalsmith ist oft in meinem Team. Als Heiler mit 2 Schaden und 4 Trefferpunkten eine gute Karte. Hier bin ich mir unsicher ob ich diese Karte nicht vielleicht besser auf der 5. Postion gespielt hätte... hätte mein Gegner Rot und mit vielen Sneakmonstern gespielt, hätte ich hier wohl ein Problem bekommen. (wieder was gelernt 😄) |
| Position 5: Der Carry, Pelacor Arbalest. Was soll man sagen, mit General Sloan als Summoner 3 Angriff und das Doppelt. 6 Schaden pro Runde ist echt heftig. Mit den 3 Trefferpunkten und ohne Rüstung ist sie aber recht anfällig. Darum will sie gegen Sneak, Snipe und Opportunity gut geschützt werden. |
| Position 6: Die letzte Platz ist auch sehr wichtig, meine Wahl fiel hier auf die Celestial Harpy. Das hat mehrere Gründe: 1. Mit der Eingenschaft fliegend ist die geflügelte Dame schwer zu treffen und dient mir als Backline Schild gegen Sneak Monster. 2. Mit nur 2 Trefferpunkten ist sie das Ziel für Opportunity Monster und schützt so direkt den Carry. 3. Hat sie selbst Opportunity und kann so vielleicht in der gegnerischen Backline etwas ausrichten. |

Mein Gegner entschied sich ebenfalls für das Weisse Team hatte aber mit einem Level 1 Summoner bereits vor Beginn einen Nachteil. Er hatte keinen Heiler im Team, dafür etwas mehr Schaden. Sein Summoner erhöht die Trefferpunkte aller Monster, meiner den Schaden. Das gleicht sich vermutlich etwa aus.
Was aber wirklich ins Gewicht fällt sind die gelevelten Karten! Es macht einfach einen riesigen Unterschied ob der Chaos Knight z.B. Lvl 1, oder Lvl 3 gespielt wird.

Hier ist schön zu sehen was für einen Unterschied die hochgelevelten Karten machen. Ich war mir schon rechts sicher das Duell für mich entscheiden zu können.

Fazit | Summary
Meine Aufstellung war in Ordnung und dank der höheren Karten habe ich diesen Kampf ohne Probleme gewonnen. Die Karte Time Mage ist eine sehr gute Karte und sie hat einen festen Platz in meinem weissen Team.
Bei dieser wöchentlichen Challange mit zu machen war toll. Ich denke man lernt sehr viel über das Spiel wenn man seine Aufstellung und den Kampf so Punkt für Punkt analysiert.

My setup was fine and thanks to the higher cards I won this battle without any problems. The Time Mage card is a very good card and it has a steady place in my white team.
