Good evening community
Disclaimer im giving advice this post is based purely off my lifestyle changes and A TV show I do not claim tap water is good or bad I'm not stating facts I'm just going off what I have watched
Tap water is something most take for granted but it's something we have to rely on to live.
Recently I have been watching a Netflix show called Down To Earth you have probably heard of it especially if you are A user over on Appics as it stars actor Zac Efron and Darin Olien A health guru. On there second episode they travelled to France to learn how water works and why France has one of the best Natural healthy waters around.
It got me thinking because recently I have upped my water intake so it helps me avoid snacks in between meals and I have been drinking both tap water and bottled water but after watching the show and doing some research I am now trying to avoid tap water not all together but try to drink bottled instead of tap water when possible.
On the show they talked about how tap water is distilled and although it cleans the water of bacteria it "strips" the water of its a natural substance. They said that buying distilled water is pointless as it removes the important nutrients from it and can actually take away the nutrients already in your body.
Today I decided as I was heading into town anyways that I would buy a couple of big bottles of Evian bottled water just so I won't be consuming just tap water and because Evian was the cheapest well the cheapest Natural water anyway. Evian water comes from France and it claims to be pure natural mineral water.
Today I have consumed 1.5 litres of Evian bottled water tomorrow I will do the same tomorrow but honestly I don't see myself constantly buying it because it costs money haha.
Here you can see what the water contains and even when poured in a glass you can see a reaction as the bubbles float from the bottom to the surface its not fizzy but it's noticeable.
Going forward I will continue to research this and also try consuming bottled water a little more as I do aim to drink 1 litre of water every day sometimes 2 litres and it was mostly always tap water before today.
Got any advice/thoughts on this do get involved in the comments below.
Thanks for reading this very weird post from myself this evening.
