How to make delicious coffee at home? There are many, of course, ways, but it is best to choose the simplest and fastest. Then there will be no problem - wasting time on all sorts of complicated recipes. And it will be very, very good for family and friends. So what - let's go to the world of coffee...
Any of us loves to drink coffee - someone in the morning, someone at work in the office, and someone at home in the evening, when you can relax with a cup of a wonderful, aromatic and pleasant drink. Everyone has their own style of making coffee, their own family recipes and even traditions.
I think that making coffee yourself at home is much better than going to a restaurant or cafe and drinking coffee made in a coffee machine. I don't like this method at all, because I myself will make coffee much better and tastier. And this is a fact - I have been making coffee for many years.
And what is needed for this? And I will answer - Just a little to make your favorite family drink at home. For coffee you will need - roasted coffee beans, good fresh water, some additional ingredients and the patience of the home barista and family. And then according to the home plan.
It never even crossed my mind to buy a coffee machine for home and make coffee on it. Firstly, I like to make coffee myself, and secondly, for some reason I don’t like the coffee made in the coffee machine. Like any other machine, it has no soul. And this, I think, is very bad. Although...
To drink good hot and aromatic coffee, I use only two options at home - either I make coffee in a Turk, or I use a geyser coffee maker. But I still use a geyser coffee maker very rarely, and only if I am in a hurry and do not have time, then I brew coffee in it so that the coffee does not run away.
Why don't I really like making coffee in a geyser coffee maker? This is because the coffee boils in it, and for good coffee this is bad, and not useful. You will not get an aromatic drink when the coffee is boiling. In a Turk, this does not happen, because we strictly monitor that the coffee does not boil.
In order for coffee to be the same as it is prepared in the East, then it must be brewed only in a Turk, or as it is called there - cezva. This container (cezve) is already thousands of years old and its design has not changed even today. And adding all sorts of spices to it is just as convenient.
There are many recipes for making coffee at home, but there are also the simplest ones that are available to anyone. What is needed for this? It's simple - you need ground and roasted coffee (from beans, of course), it is poured into a Turk or a geyser coffee maker. Water is poured and salt is added. It is salt, not sugar, as many do. Thanks to the salt, the taste of the drink (coffee) will become softer and its aroma will increase. This is just a small and easy way. It is also advisable to add a little cinnamon or cloves and that's it - the coffee will be simply amazing in taste and its unique aroma. And milk can be added to all of the above, if someone wishes. This is my simple recipe.
