As usual, I come here to introduce you to a very beautiful place, where having a coffee becomes a pleasant experience, is to enter another environment out of the ordinary by the decor of the place and this place is none other than, Bistró Restaurant-cafe. I have visited the place twice with this new visit and it has always been to have my favorite drink, a delicious coffee. Generally in the mornings they offer breakfast with the coffee of your preference; but the intention of my husband and I was to take our coffee and continue our tour through the center of the city, since the cafe is exactly opposite the Bolivar Square of our beautiful city Caracas-Venezuela, a place with a colonial decoration par excellence, in all the surrounding premises.

And this cafe is not out of context because apart from the colonial touch, it has a decoration with a touch of Vintage that gives the atmosphere a retro style, with a design where the real estate of the 20s-60s is distinguished; the whole place is full of color from the furniture, chairs, floors and where also, some beautiful lamps that illuminate the place stand out, giving it that intimate, cozy look. I loved this, because even though I had a long time without visiting them, I could see that they had added more spaces to the place, where you can have a discreet business meeting, with friends or as in my case, sharing a delicious coffee with my husband, it lends itself to everything.

From the moment you enter the place, you can see the details and you can observe the ample space that the barista enjoys to prepare the coffee; attended by a fairly young staff, but not exempt of an excellent attention to their customers. I was able to comfortably take my pictures without problems, while everyone was doing their work, so I took pleasure in taking pictures of everything that caught my attention, delighted by it, taking advantage of the fact that it was an early hour and I think we were the first customers to enter the place, then more people came to take their respective coffees, so it is a very busy place.

On this occasion I ordered my classic coffee with milk and my husband a tinto, as we say here to pure coffee without any other ingredient, served in their respective porcelain cups and with sugar available and to the taste of the customer. While we drank our coffees, we sat down to see right in front of the square of which I mentioned at the beginning, since the entire cafe is covered almost entirely by large glass windows that make large windows, from where you can see everything outside and reflects everything from side to side, giving it a great natural light, it is very relaxing.

I hope you enjoyed the beautiful images as much as my husband and I did being in that beautiful place. If you ever come to my city remember this cafe, just in front of the Bolivar square, which is located in the central area of Caracas, a very historic place of my country and beautiful for its architecture, remember Bistró Café. See you in another cafe, ha ha ha, ha, greetings!
