Hello my dear coffee lovers, today I present to you the Paramo coffee, located in the center of my city, Caracas, Venezuela, located in the historic center; we have as a reference point, the block that faces the house and museum of Simon Bolivar, it is located on the corner; in the middle of the University Avenue. This is a block that has a totally colonial architecture and this café does not escape from it.

However, when you pass through its wooden doors you find a combination of classic, colonial and modern, which does not escape those who enter to enjoy some of the different coffees they offer; there you can find the coffee of your choice, accompanied if you wish, by different types of cookies, with chocolate chips, vanilla, butter, homemade cakes of different types and flavors, sweet croissants with different fillings, such as Nutella, chocolate, all this makes the delight of those who go to enjoy a rich coffee in their facilities.

In its decoration, you can appreciate, items of yesterday, such as old TV, vinyl records, old radios, even an old sewing machine, like the one used by grandmothers, along with a minimalist decor, somewhat rustic and at the same time colonial, I must also say that they are currently under renovation in certain areas, but that does not detract from a pleasant, relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, plus I could see that they are also cat lovers, as I could see a mother cat and her son, are the mascots of the place.

It is also a place where you can see that they offer for sale their own Paramo coffee and the articles to taste it, such as cups, glasses with their name, logo; so if you want to take your coffee powder, there you have it at your disposal. Besides, the service is meticulous and very friendly. On this occasion my husband and I ordered a Cappuccino each, which was just right with a touch of vanilla, very tasty, they give you this option, if you prefer, we were in the early hours, I think we were the first customers, when we left there were already many people arriving, as it is a very busy place.

So if you visit my city, this is one of the most iconic places you will find, where you will feel that you enter the Caracas of yesteryear, but at the same time you find the surprise of a very particular atmosphere and at the same time you get a very up to date attention with one of the best coffees you can try. I recommend it 100 %/ greetings coffee lovers!
