Hi Everyone today i made chocolate sauce to put it on the coffee foam as you can see from the video also i draw this cyclone type of art and also the other one i dont know what you call it haha i saw quite a few baristas made it so i wanted to do the same
the only difference is i made my own chocolate sauce gonna share with you the recipe
100 gram of dark chocolate
100 gram of ganduia italia (italian chocolate hope i spell that right)
100 gram of condensed milk
50 ml of UHT milk
Cook it in low heat to melt the chocolate and whisk while its melting the moment
everything melts stop the fire and dont boil it never reach to boiling point just melt
the chocolate thats it.
then your chocolate sauce is done.
I use similar recipe for all my coffee just like the previous video
20 gram of grinded coffee
200ml of full fat milk to get that silky smooth foam
As for the drawing follow how i do it exactly like on the video put the chocolate sauce
slowly on top of the coffee if you notice my chocolate sauce is a bit runny i should
have added more dark chocolate or reduce the UHT milk so i can a thicker
chocolate sauce so it sticks better but eventough its quite runny its still get the job
done and taste wonderful i even made ice chocolate milk with the sauce
even my friends had the same ice chocolate milk as well so the chocolate sauce finish
on the same day haha.
well hope you enjoy the video as for the tutorial im still figuring out how to do it
i guess i will just write about it than using my voice to edit because i found
out im not good at voice teaching style writing is more to my style or i need more
practice on the voice part. But anyway lets see how it goes i will definately post a tutorial
video for sure the videos are done i need to edit it properly thats my next project stay
