Como he hecho en otras ocasiones me gusta inventar nuevas recetas con café y chocolate, la mezcla es realmente perfecta y además lo que también me encanta es hacer recetas que nazcan de mi y que sean únicas. He hecho en varias ocasiones bebidas frías por siempre habrá de gustarme tomarme algo bien frío para alivianar un poco el calor tan tropical de mi ciudad. Así que en esta ocasión les voy a mostrar como hago esta deliciosa bebida con la mejor mezcla: café y chocolate.
¿Qué se necesita? Ingredientes:
Una galleta Oreo de café, o cualquier galleta de café.
3 gr de café.
Cacao en polvo.
Sirope de Chocolate.
Un poco de Maizena o cualquier harina.
As I have done in other occasions I like to invent new recipes with coffee and chocolate, the mixture is really perfect and what I also love is to make recipes that come from me and that are unique. I have made cold drinks on several occasions because I always like to drink something cold to alleviate the tropical heat of my city. So this time I am going to show you how I make this delicious drink with the best mix: coffee and chocolate.
What do you need? Ingredients:
A coffee Oreo cookie, or any coffee cookie.
3 grams of coffee.
Cocoa powder.
Chocolate syrup.
A little cornstarch or any flour.
Paso a Paso:
En esta receta se harán pequeños pasos, lo primero es tomar un vaso pequeño de agua para colocarlo en una olla, también agregaremos una cucharada de cacao en polvo y mezclaremos antes de colocarlo en la estufa. Después de llevarlo a la estufa le ponemos azúcar; con ayuda de un colador agregamos la Maizena que es lo que va a espesar nuestro chocolate. Vamos a mezclar mientras hierve, después de que este listo lo colocamos en un recipiente y lo dejamos enfriar.
Step by step:
In this recipe we will make small steps, the first thing is to take a small glass of water to place it in a pot, we will also add a spoonful of cocoa powder and mix before placing it on the stove. After taking it to the stove we add sugar; with the help of a strainer we add the cornstarch which is what will thicken our chocolate. We are going to mix it while it boils, after it is ready we put it in a container and let it cool.
Mientras se enfría, haremos otro paso y este es pulverizar las galletas; lo primero es darle con una cuchara estando todavía con la bolsa; después lo coloco en la licuadora y uso la opción de hielo para pulverizarla completamente. Mientras seguía esperando que se enfriara, coloque en un vaso sirope para luego colocar la galleta.
While it cools, we will do another step and this is to pulverize the cookies; the first thing is to hit it with a spoon while it is still in the bag; then I put it in the blender and use the icing option to pulverize it completely. While I was still waiting for it to cool down, I put some syrup in a glass and then put the cookie in it.
El otro paso a realizar es el café, tomaremos un vaso de agua fría, agregaremos el café y licuaremos. Luego de que este todo perfectamente licuado le coloco hielo y vuelvo a utilizar la opción del hielo en la licuadora. Al verter el contenido se vera con grumos de algo, esto es la galleta que quedo en el fondo de la licuadora.
The other step to do is the coffee, we will take a glass of cold water, add the coffee and blend. After everything is perfectly blended, I add ice and use again the ice option in the blender. When pouring the content you will see lumps of something, this is the cookie that remained at the bottom of the blender.
Después de un rato, con todos los ingredientes fríos entonces hacemos como tal la bebida; teniendo ya la galleta en el fondo. Coloco del pudin que realice, después agregue el café y volví a agregar galleta pulverizada y más sirope de chocolate. Nuevamente coloco pudin y galleta, finalmente decoro con sirope.
After a while, with all the ingredients cold then we make the drink as such; having already the cookie at the bottom. I place the pudding I made, then add the coffee and add again the pulverized cookie and more chocolate syrup. Again I put pudding and cookie, finally I decorate with syrup.
Así de fácil tengo esta bebida tan rica, realmente me quedo un poco amargo y fuerte, con mucho sabor a café. Pero esto lo dejo al gusto de cada persona, para mi gusto estaba perfecto. Todo fue fácil y rico.
This is how easy it is to have this delicious drink, it was really a little bit bitter and strong, with a lot of coffee flavor. But I leave this to each person's taste, for my taste it was perfect. Everything was easy and tasty.
