¡Hola a todos! Para alegrar el día hace falta un sabroso café cubano…Quiero compartir con ustedes este bonito recuerdo de cuando llegue a Cuba en el 2016.
Mi esposo me llevo de paseo por su ciudad natal Camagüey. Una hermosa ciudad antigua que es la cabecera de la provincia del mismo nombre. Ubicada en la región central de Cuba, esta bella ciudad ofrece un café imperdible.

My husband took me on a tour of his hometown Camagüey. A beautiful old city that is the head of the province of the same name. Located in the central region of Cuba, this beautiful city offers a must-try coffee.
Café Expreso, como es la tradición de los cubanos. Bien fuerte para disfrutar el dulce y el amargo sabor de un delicioso café cultivado en la Sierra Maestra.
Paseando por el casco histórico de la ciudad entramos a una bonita y tradicional cafetería llamada “La Perla de Cuba”, aquí nos dieron la carta de una gran variedad de café. Como hacia tanto calor nos sugirieron un Carajillo, que es la combinación de un café expreso con un toque de ron cubano.
Espresso coffee, as is the tradition of the Cubans. Very strong to enjoy the sweet and bitter taste of a delicious coffee grown in the Sierra Maestra.
Strolling through the historic center of the city we entered a beautiful and traditional coffee shop called "La Perla de Cuba", here we were given the menu of a wide variety of coffee. As it was so hot they suggested a Carajillo, which is the combination of an espresso coffee with a touch of Cuban rum.
Al principio dudé un poco de esta combinación, especialmente porque no acostumbro ingerir licor. Pero quede maravillada con ase exquisito sabor y activador que fue el café esa tarde. Este Carajillo es una de las especialidades de la casa y también lo preparan con un vino tinto.
At first I was a little hesitant about this combination, especially since I am not used to drinking liquor. But I was amazed with the exquisite flavor and activator that was the coffee that afternoon. This Carajillo is one of the house specialties and they also prepare it with a red wine.
