Greetings coffee lovers friends! Welcome once again to my blog, this time we are going to visit a coffee shop in my city that I found interesting and with a very energetic atmosphere, we are going to visit Spinnig Bike & Café in the city of Tariba in the state of Tachira in Venezuela. Join me.
These first days of the year have been very busy for me, I have been from one place to another accommodating and organizing everything for the day of delivery. It is not long now, it is scheduled for January 27th, so sometimes I think that I will not have time to organize everything. This time I had to go to the clinic to complete the payment plan for the delivery, to pick up a package of an online purchase I made of a yoga ball to keep me active during these last weeks.
On my way to the package store I saw a coffee shop and decided to visit it, Spinnig Bike & Café, it looks attractive from the outside. As the name suggests, this place is a gym and downstairs is the cafeteria and also a sporting goods store, vitamins, food supplements for athletes.
For me it was a new experience as it was the first time I visited the cafe. The lamps are made from bicycle parts and the decoration is very modern and fresh in a minimalist style. I liked it a lot even though I had a limited experience due to repairs that were being done to the place.
As soon as I entered the place, they set up a table for me and came out to serve me, apologizing for the workers who were doing the repairs. I ordered a latte and to go with my coffee I ordered a puff pastry filled with chicken.
I found the furniture to be comfortable and elegant. They also had chairs and tables in different locations for the groups of guys who normally go to or leave the gym.
The lady who runs the place told me that her air fryer was not working and that she was very sorry she could not offer me a fat free pastry since she thought it was the healthiest thing to do because of my pregnancy. I thanked her for thinking of me and told her not to worry.
They brought my cake and it was really delicious. The cup of coffee came with organic sugar. I don't eat sugar but I thought it was very thoughtful for people who do sweeten their coffee.
I really liked this place, the attention, the atmosphere that makes you want to start exercising, the delicious coffee. But, I must complain about the filling of my pie. I went clear and asked for a chicken pie, however, they brought me one filled with chicken and bacon, without asking me if I wanted it or if I could have it.
That really bothers me about a place. I have a diet where I don't eat sausage or processed foods and it bothers me about a place where those details seem to be overlooked.
That's not why I'm going to stop going to the place. But it does make me ready for the next visit to that and other coffee shops.

¡Saludos amigos amantes del café! Sean bienvenidos una vez a mi blog, en esta oportunidad vamos a conocer una cafetería en mi ciudad que me ha parecido interesante y con un ambiente muy enérgico, vamos a visitar a Spinnig Bike & Café en la ciudad de Táriba en el estado Táchira de Venezuela. Estos primeros días del año han sido para mi muy ocupados, he estado de un lado a otro acomodando y organizando todo para el día del parto. Ya falta poco, está programado para el 27 de enero, así que q veces pienso que no me va a dar tiempo de organizar todo. Esta vez tuve que salir a la clínica a completar el plan de pago del parto, a buscar un paquete de una compra on line que hice de una pelota de yoga para estas últimas semanas mantenerme activa.
En mi trayecto hasta la paquetería vi una cafetería y decidí visitarla, Spinnig Bike & Café, se ve atractiva por fuera. Como su nombre lo indica, este lugar es un gimnasio y en la parte de abajo funciona la cafetería y también es tienda de artículos deportivos, vitaminas, suplementos alimenticios para deportistas.
Para mi fue una nueva experiencia ya que era la primera vez que visitaba el café. Las lámparas son hechas de piezas de bicicleta y la decoración es muy moderna y fresca al estilo minimalista. Me gustó mucho a pesar de que tuve una experiencia limitada por reparaciones que le estaban haciendo al lugar.
Nada más entré la lugar acomodaron una mesa para mi salieron a atenderme pidiendo disculpas por los obreros que estaban haciendo las reparaciones. Pedí un late y para acompañar mi café un pastel de masa de hojaldre relleno de pollo.
Me pareció que la mueblería era cómoda y elegante. También tenían sillas y mesas en diferentes ubicaciones para los grupos de chicos que normalmente van o salen del gimnasio.
La señora que atiende el lugar me dijo que no estaba funcionando su freidora de aire y que lamentaba mucho no poder ofrecerme un pastelillo libre de grasa ya que por mi estado de embarazo ella consideraba que era lo más saludable. Le di las gracias por pensar en mi y le dije que no se preocupara.
Trajeron mi pastel y estaba todo realmente delicioso. La taza de café venía acompañada de azúcar orgánica. Yo no consumo azúcar pero me pareció algo muy considerado para la gente que si endulza su café.
Me gustó mucho este lugar, la atención, el ambiente que te dan ganas de comenzar a hacer ejercicios, el café delicioso. Pero, debo quejarme del relleno de mi pastel. Fui clara y pedí un pastel de pollo, sin embargo, me trajeron uno relleno de pollo con tocineta, sin preguntarme si quería o si podía consumirlo.
Eso realmente me molesta de un lugar. Tengo una dieta donde no consumo embutidos ni alimentos procesados y me molesta de un lugar donde esos detalles parecen pasarlos por alto.
No por eso voy a dejar de ir al lugar. Pero me hace estar preparada para la siguiente visita a esa y a otras cafeterías.
