The new coffee shop on the block has finally opened. It took more than six months to open. As soon as it opened to the public, I went to have my favorite drink. Here are my impressions.
This new coffee shop has an open concept terrace style, but it is located on the first floor of a shopping mall. Its decoration is inspired by a bromeliad garden.
It has adequate furniture to withstand the onslaught of outdoor weather. These are resistant.
Although it is a coffee shop that has good natural lighting, it also has lamps to ensure good lighting at night. Their opening hours are long. They start working from 8 in the morning until midnight.
Although we are in the summer season, when the average temperature is around 30ºC when it rains, the water enters through the ends of the premises, affecting the tables close to this area. It would be necessary to see how comfortable this cafeteria is in the winter season since I did not observe any protection mechanism when temperatures are low.
However, at this time of the year it is ideal to enjoy an airy place. Being in this coffee shop gives you the feeling of being in an exotic garden. All the plants are natural.
On our visit today, we tried a cappuccino and a cold chocolate drink. Talking to the owners of the coffee shop, they told us that the coffee they use is arabica with a combination of the "caturra" and "catuai" varieties which gives their coffee a fruity aromatic profile and citric flavor. We were able to verify this. When comparing this coffee with the one from our favorite coffee shop, we could notice the difference. This coffee has a higher degree of acidity. On the other hand, the other one has tones of chocolate and hazelnuts.
They offer a wide range of pastry products. The products are attractively presented and fresh. Cakes with fruit predominate, but those with chocolate are a must.
This coffee shop is an option when you want to enjoy the good weather and be in an open space. It is one more option opening on the block. It makes me very happy. I hope to return soon to explore their menu of coffee-based drinks a little further. I hope you enjoyed this beautiful garden-style coffee shop.
