So, without further ado, here's the prompt for the week.
Create your unique story title in English ONLY
To ease us into the Holiday season let's start with a bit of nonsense. Tell us a story about Festivus.
For those of you who do not know, Festivus is a made-up holiday that was made popular in 1997 when the comedy sitcom Seinfeld did an episode on it (i.e. S9E10 - The Strike).

Festivus has gained traction ever since the show and now many people around the world do celebrate this crazy holiday.

Here are some of the details for simplicity.
• Day: Celebrated on 23 December
• Philosophy: Meant as an alternative to the commercialism of Christmas.
• Symbol: an aluminium pole (aka Festivus pole) is used instead of a Christmas tree.
• Tradition 1: "Airing of grievances." During dinner, people tell the guests all of the ways that they have let them down this year.
• Tradition 2: "Feats of Strength." After dinner, the head of the household is wrestled to the floor and the holiday only ends if the head of the household is pinned.
• Miracles: People declare that mediocre, normal and easily explained events that take place during the evening are Festivus miracles. "It's a Festivus miracle!"
One last thing: in the same way that we wouldn't want to read a Christmas story that explains what Christmas is, we also do not want to read any Festivus stories that explain what Festivus is - this post already covers that. Be creative and write us a fictional Festivus-related story.
Remember, it's a "Creative Writing Challenge" - Be imaginative and original. Cover all the elements that make a good story.
