Hello, Hive community, welcome to my blog. Today I bring you a review about "ANTAÑO" coffee, a coffee made in our state of Sucre, which is not only from our place of origin, but a good coffee.
I will begin by talking about its specifications. This, as I said, has its origin in our state of Sucre, it comes in this presentation of 250 g, but I don't know if it exists in other presentations besides this one. As you can see, it has a very colorful packaging, with different shades that for me give it a unique style. The image you can see on the packaging is of one of the tourist places in our state, known as the historic center. Besides the presentation, its flavor is good and it yields what is necessary, neither too much nor too little, but it fulfills its role of making a good cup of coffee.
The way I prepared it was very simple. I heated a pot with water and waited until it boiled. Then, in the funnel of fabric to strain coffee, I placed two teaspoons of coffee generously and then, intermittently, I poured the water. To finish, I poured everything that was there in a constant way to give it a different tone. As they say, it is not only enough to have a good coffee, it is also necessary to know how to prepare it, because with different hands, different flavors.
Then I served it in a big cup, I tried it first without sugar to taste it well, and I didn't really dislike it. It was a little clear, but the taste was fine. Then I added the sugar and it finished giving it the taste it was missing. I'm also trying to drink more coffee without sugar because it's healthier, but little by little I'm getting there.
That is why for me. Coffee, today, like for many, has become a way of life in itself; others drink it out of necessity, because they are sleeping, and people like me, do it for pleasure and desire, because the taste of coffee, above all, is a delight. And this has become a routine every morning for me, before doing anything, not only for its benefits, but for the pleasure of being able to taste it.
I hope you enjoyed this review, and I'll see you in another of my publications in this community. Bye.
