I like coffee black and without sugar, but who am I to say to those people who like to add a spoonful of sugar to their coffee that this is wrong? Even here, especially in the villages, they like to prepare coffee with papelón (which is an unrefined product of sugar cane that has a particular flavor, I don't like coffee with it at all, but I remember that one of my grandmother's sisters loved coffee with papelón.
You can add milk, chocolate even a touch of rum if you like it. It's a matter of taste.
But there is always a but. If something seems wrong to me when drinking coffee. It is to drink instant coffee, yikes!
