I take a rare free time during the day to stop by the workplace of a friend I haven't seen in a long time. He also recently moved here to live and work. He introduced that his workplace is very nice and that I also want to go there to visit my friend. The place he works is a restaurant and coffee shop in the forest, near the famous Tuyen Lam lake of Da Lat city. Located under cool pine trees and a spacious land to develop items. It is not allowed to maximize the use of construction items for business but to diversify services to a limited extent.
Here it serves drinks, lunch and a house to stay. However, reservations must be made in advance as the number of tables is limited. My friend explained that this place was created for people who like open space and don't have the crowded traffic like outside the city center, so it is always limited and must be booked in advance. It's called Dream Pine Forest, and it's open from 9am to 9pm. The time frame from 9-11am is for guests to drink coffee and other drinks. From 11am to 2pm serving lunch, afternoon tea and evening BBQ. I came here when it just opened and there was still the morning dew of the surrounding forest.
I choose a traditional milk coffee with ice because it is warmer today than in recent days. The price here is quite high compared to the average, twice a normal cup of coffee in other shops, the quality will have to wait for me to feel later.
The rows of tables and chairs are designed for each individual area on a gentle slope, which helps me feel more open and more private if I go with friends to chat in such a cool atmosphere. I especially love the squeak of the pine trees.
Regarding the quality of drinks, coffee has two types: brewed by machine and brewed by traditional filter. Machine brewed coffee creates better smoothness and foam, the taste of coffee blended with milk is suitable for espresso and cappuccino, the level of strength and coffee aroma is moderate and light. The traditional filter type (small filter device, simple structure) has a lot of residue due to the large size of the coffee beans when ground into a powder. Its plus point is that it has a stronger scent and often uses less milk and sugar, so it creates a thicker consistency. Unaccustomed people may get drunk when using it, feeling dizzy and upset stomach. The quality is decent with the bartender making it quite tasty.
We sat and talked for more than an hour and my friend had to continue working, which was quite empty since it was a weekday Thursday. I took advantage of walking to visit all the areas around this campus.
It has small trails leading to the side area for relaxing sightseeing. What strikes me is the low level of concreting here. Cobblestone roads, fences, and houses with minimal concrete can help create a feeling of being closer to nature than being abused for economic purposes. In addition, there is a small game area for children to come along to have fun and help parents relax comfortably.
I quite like how to decorate the area with bonsai trees, small miniatures. The attraction from the pretty little trees is remarkable. Attaching and choosing plants and harmonious colors can feel how thoughtful and loving the person taking care of it is for life and nature. I mingled with nature here for a long time before returning in a good mood. A lovely place.
