One of the things my mother-in-law wanted when she came was to visit and try the famous Starbucks coffees. She always saw the pictures that were uploaded on instagram or facebook by people who traveled and visited this international chain of coffee shops. So my role as a guide was to take them to know and try things that in Venezuela they have not done and eaten.
The first thing was to explain to them how the menu worked since apart from the traditional ones, the cold ones have different combinations, different types of milks and so on. Then they decided on: My mother chose a hot one, Cappuccino, my mother-in-law a Cremé brulee Iced oat shaken espresso, and me an Iced Matcha latte. They were all very tasty but obviously my fav will always be the matcha.
They ended up very happy to have killed their craving and fulfilled one of their dreams of finally trying a Starbucks coffee, and I am very happy that they are. We read us in another post.
