Greetings friend, one of the most important things in this life is to always look for ways to learn new things and expand your knowledge, because you do not know if they will be useful later, that happened to me this weekend. Through a friend that likes coffee very much they were going to dictate some courses and they were totally free, so I did not lose anything in going and knowing a little, since the course was about basic barismo and it is something that has always called my attention, since the person that is in charge of that can obtain very good payments and not only that if not to be able to offer you a quality coffee with each one of those techniques and secrets that they will have, for that reason it was an opportunity that I could not let pass.
Days before I had managed to register and secure my place for the Saturday activity. In addition, I had to confirm my participation so that everything would go smoothly and it would not be a disaster when I arrived at the place. The course was dictated very close to where I live, so for that part I had no problem, besides I did not have to bring anything, since the utensils were going to provide the course, the only thing I had to bring was the desire to learn and expand the knowledge of this great world of coffee, since it is not easy as they say. So the moment arrived with much joy and excitement, I went to the site, however, I did not know anyone and I was a little nervous, but things changed little by little.

The first thing we had to do was to introduce ourselves and the good thing is that I liked everyone in the course very much. In addition, the person in charge of the course is a very qualified person and has several recognitions and titles on barista, since his life has been dedicated to that and now he likes to teach everyone. From there he began to give us a small explanation of the coffee beans, the different coffees, the quality and the capacity that the professional machines have to perform this type of work, in addition to certain details that are very important when it comes to coffee, how to know the temperature of the milk, how it has to be combined to prepare coffee, the conversion became interesting and in this way clarifying doubts and taking advantage of the knowledge that the person in charge had.
A great work environment was created and when we realized it, a couple of hours had already passed. The course provided a very practical and small machine to brew coffee and to be able to enjoy that creation, so that process was a little slow, since I had to pass one person first and so on until it was my turn. I was a little nervous and lost, since making coffee in a machine is very different than in the traditional way, without a doubt, I gradually placed the hot milk, then the coffee, I also removed some of the foam that was in the cup and in this way I was able to serve more coffee.

At the end each of the classmates gave another small conversation and the final tips of the barista world and without a doubt it was a great experience and opportunity that was presented to me and I did not let it pass. In addition, I managed to enjoy a good coffee with milk, which I will prepare myself and I assure you that it was very rich and I was afraid that it would be bad, but it was worth it, also one of the course leaders and with experience was willing to help and made several designs in the foam of the coffee and I was impressed by the quality and the pressure that she had, no doubt she commented that she had more than 5 years working in that and every day she seeks to keep growing. So that coffee I drank was loaded with a lot of knowledge, power and with good coffee beans that the barista offered us.

Also to share with all those who were there, they gave us some chocolate cookies, which was very rich and thus close very well that day of course, I also managed to meet new people, expand knowledge and above all the kindness and attention they offered us was very nice, which I enjoyed that great experience and believe me I had not planned to do a barista course and now I fell in love with that world and now I want to continue expanding my knowledge and enjoy many coffees made by myself in a professional machine.
