Lately, the power problems here in my city of Maturin - Venezuela, have been very strong, where we have had days where the electric service is gone for more than hours and you can imagine the heat, unable to do anything, without Internet connection, unable to make coffee, since the kitchen we have is electric, however, it is something that escapes our hands and we must always be prepared before such problems of light, since at any time you can go one that surprised, as happened to us today.
I had class in the morning and by bad luck the light had gone in the early morning and when I woke up I noticed that everything was very dark and off, especially the air conditioning, it was a moment of great anguish and despair, as I had not had coffee and breakfast was not ready to take me to college. Where we got ready and I had to make a quick stop to have breakfast, drink coffee and continue with the daily routine of watching my classes, because I am close to finish the semester I'm taking. So my breakfast today was some delicious cheese empanadas with a big cup of coffee with milk.
This time my brother, my dad and I went to have breakfast at that time to a place that sells breakfasts such as breads, empanadas, arepas and many types of coffee, also at night it becomes a bar, sells liquors, dinners, which is a very modern place, spacious and already has some time offering its various products to customers, where they are recognized, affordable prices and in my case I had some time that I had not gone.
When I arrived I could notice several people having breakfast in that place, like others who were buying breakfast to take, however, our stop in that place had to be very fast, since we had to go to class, so from the first second we arrived, we already knew that we were going to order breakfast that was very successful, economical and in turn very rich and that we all like, also we gave breakfast to my dad, for him it was a big surprise and he did not expect that gift.
We ordered some coffees with milk and cheese empanadas for everyone, little by little they were bringing the plates, sugar, napkins showing great attention from the place. While we were waiting we talked about many topics and especially about our English exam that I had to take today, which I had spent the night before preparing to take, where I felt ready, but I had to have breakfast to gain strength and be active.
When the coffee arrived to the table I noticed that it was a little hot, since there was some smoke coming out of the cup, so in my case I waited for it to cool down a little while I was eating the empanadas, without a doubt it was a great choice to choose those coffees with milk, since they were very tasty, as it also had a design in the foam and the best thing is that the cup was a little big and I had enough for the whole breakfast, also a very nice design of the cups with those letters and several coffee beans as part of the decoration, so I craved to have one of these cups here at home.
This time we ordered three cheese empanadas for each of us, since they were a little small, but they were very good, with a lot of cheese inside, very crunchy and made of yellow dough, which gives a unique and very good touch to the empanadas we ate. So much so that I have to make another visit to this place, but more calmly, since I noticed that the menu had chicken, beef, ham and cheese empanadas. Another thing I liked was that the empanadas came with a little garlic sauce, so it was the best combination I made for breakfast, as well as every sip of coffee with milk.
When we finished, we thanked him and my dad took us to the university, we arrived a few minutes after the hour, but it certainly gave me time to do the exam and see the other classes with tranquility. In addition, it was an incredible moment that I spent with my brother and my dad, something I had not planned to do, and it was all thanks to the power outage that occurred in the early hours of the morning, where it was a very rich and different breakfast. It is worth mentioning that hours later the power came back on and I was able to write this experience today and publish it.
