Happy afternoon, friends and coffee lovers. In this opportunity I want to share with you an experience that happened to me yesterday about some rolled up puff pastries, it was the first time I tried them, because I always used to eat other sweets, however, once I ate them I wanted to continue eating many more and the best thing was that I accompanied them with a small cup of black coffee. So I ended the afternoon very happy and grateful.

En esta oportunidad les quiero compartir una experiencia que me paso el día ayer sobre unos enrollados de hojaldres, era la primera vez que los probaba, porque siempre acostumbró a comer otros dulces, sin embargo, una vez que los comí quede con las ganas de seguir comiendo muchos más y lo mejor fue que los acompañe con una taza pequeña de café negro. Así finalicé la tarde muy contento y agradecido.
When my brother brought these sweets home, I immediately began to ask him what they were called, what they were made of and a series of questions until I cleared up my doubts about these sweets, where I also came up with the idea of photographing them so I could share them with you this time, because perhaps many do not know this delicious candy, or have not had the opportunity to buy them, since it is something that very few bakeries do.
Cuando mi hermano trago estos dulces a casa, yo de inmediato le comencé a preguntar cómo se llaman, de que estaban hechos y una serie de preguntas hasta aclarar mi duda con respectos a estos dulces, donde también se me ocurrió la idea de fotografiarlos y así poder compartirlos en esta oportunidad con ustedes, porque quizás muchos no conocerán este dulce tan rico, o no han tenido la oportunidad de comprarlos, ya que es algo que muy pocas panaderías lo hacen.
While I still had doubts about trying it, I started to prepare a little black coffee to sit down and enjoy that combination, I got distracted and lost count and added more spoonfuls of coffee powder than usual, which caused the coffee to be too pure and a little bitter for my taste, but I had no choice but to drink it. I served the respective cups of black coffee, once I had everything ready I went to check the computer while I had my snack.
Mientras que yo aún seguí con la duda de probarlo, puse a preparar un cafecito negro para sentarme a disfrutar de esa combinación, me distraje y perdí la cuenta y agregue más cucharadas de café en polvo de lo normal, lo que provoco que el café quedara muy puro y un poco amargo para mi gusto, pero no me quedo más opción que tomármelo. Serví las respectivas tazas de café negro, una vez que ya tenía todo listo me fui a revisar la computadora mientras merendaba.
The most awaited moment for me came and it was to bite the sweet to savor it and feel that pastry cream inside, also the puff pastry was just right, crispy, because they were fresh from the oven, but the worst thing for me is that they were very small rolled and I was left with the desire to eat others.
As I was eating this roll I was sipping my coffee very slowly, in order to savor the two flavors, the sweetness and the bitterness of the coffee. It was a very delicious combination, I thought I was not going to like it. Maybe I will repeat it again, but I will eat it with coffee with milk, to see if it changes the taste, besides all my family and I were happy with this snack that we gave us.
Llego el momento más esperado por mí y era picar el dulce para poder saborearlo y sentir esa crema pastelera que tenía por dentro, además el hojaldre estaba en su punto, crujiente, por el hecho de que estaban recién salidos del horno, pero lo peor para mí es que eran muy pequeños los enrollados y quede con las ganas de comer otros.
A medida que fui comiendo este enrollado iba tomado algunos sorbos de café muy lentamente, para así saborear eso dos sabores, lo dulce y lo amargo del café. Fue una combinación muy deliciosa, pensé que no me iba a gustar. Quizás lo vuelva a repetir, pero me los comeré acompañado con café con leche, para ver si cambia el sabor, además toda mi familia y yo quedamos contento con esta merienda que nos regalamos.
Something funny I did during that snack was to take the candy and dip it in the coffee, but it was the worst thing I could have done, because it fell apart in the cup, it broke, and all the sugar that was on top was thrown away, I think I had despised one of these candies. However, I could not throw it away and I ate it, it was not the best presentation and the best way to eat it, but it was still very tasty.
Algo curioso que hice durante esa merienda fue agarrar el dulce y mojarlo en el café, pero fue lo peor que pude haber hecho, ya que se desarmó el enrollado en la taza, se me rompió, además toda la azúcar que tenía por encima se botó, creo que había desprecie un dulce de estos. Sin embargo, no lo podía botar y me lo comí, no fue la mejor presentación y la mejor forma de comérmelo, pero igual estaba muy rico ese desastre.
