Review enjoying an iced coffee at the páramo coffee shop
Greetings dear friends, a new year begins, and I have a lot of hope that along with it will come new things that will allow me to be better in many aspects to enjoy thousands of things that the world has in store for me. That's why today I bring you one of those things that I discovered in my Christmas walks through the supermarkets of my city.
A few days ago I brought you a review of a new coffee that I discovered called Páramo coffee, although it is a little expensive, and it is not sold in all the stores because it is what they call a gourmet coffee, I cannot deny its excellent quality, fine aroma and great flavor, so I tell you that I fell in love with this coffee and I have the challenge to try the other varieties of it that are available in the market to tell you my review about them, But for now today I want to show you my experience visiting one of the coffee shops of this brand, since they not only sell ground coffee, but they also have small stores located in shopping malls where they sell a great variety of desserts made of coffee, as well as their entire range of coffee beans in different presentations.
I went out early in the week after Christmas with my parents to buy some things we needed to get ready to receive the new year, at first I confess I thought it would be a somewhat annoying outing, since going through several stores looking for countless things to buy according to the list for me can become somewhat tedious, especially in these vacation times when I prefer to sleep, play Minecraft and read, but I also know that these outings involve visiting many shopping malls where you can discover new and striking things like this small kiosk type coffee shop that is a franchise of Café Paramo.
When I found the store I immediately sat down at one of their tables to review the menu, I must tell you that it is quite varied, in terms of hot coffee they have available at least 20 presentations with different combinations of grain and flavor where they add other ingredients. But I discovered something new, you know that I love to try new things, so I did not hesitate to choose iced coffee with cherry candy. In my country this fruit is not very common, although it is imported from other parts of the world and sold as candy, it is also used as decorations in cakes and desserts and I must say that I love its flavor, but I was very intrigued as this cold drink where the strong flavor of coffee is mixed with something extremely sweet like cherry in syrup, so, the decision was made, I had to try it.
I really liked the way they make the preparation, first they allow you to choose the type of bean you want to accompany your drink, as you know I am a fan of arabic coffee with a strong flavor, so I decided for this type of coffee that I already knew, which has an almost black color, strong aroma and produces a drink with an unequaled texture and body, I laughed a little at the face that the boy who prepares the drinks made when I told him my choice and also explained to him in detail why I chose precisely that type of coffee, he told me that he never imagined that someone my age would drink that type of coffee and also knew so much about the beverage. My answer was simple, I have learned everything thanks to my Hive friends in a community of coffee fanatics like me called @cinnccf
In the preparation of the iced coffee they put the espresso coffee made with the chosen bean as a base, then they place it with a base for ice cream, and finally they add the cherries before mixing it in a kind of very novel blender that I had never seen before.
Finally, the glass is decorated inside with cherry syrup before serving the drink, on the top they put some more decorations and ready we have a great drink, novel and very cheerful that is ideal for these Christmas times for its colorful presentation.
I really loved this cold drink, the coffee flavor is present at all times and the aroma is unmatched, where the cherry notes stand out in the background, its flavor despite being somewhat sweet, is quite tasty, you feel the presence of the cherry fruit that also gives that unknown and mysterious touch that makes attractive to a preparation of this type, so I do not hesitate to recommend this product that you can try in any of the stores of the franchise.

Reseña Disfrutando de un Café Helado en la Cafetería Páramo
Saludos queridos amigos, un nuevo año comienza y tengo mucha esperanza en que junto con él llegarán cosas nuevas que me permitirán ser mejor en muchos aspectos para poder disfrutar de miles de cosas que el mundo depara para mí. Por eso hoy les traigo una de esas cosas que descubrí en mis paseos navideños por los supermercados de mi ciudad.
Hace unos días les traje una reseña de un nuevo café que descubrí llamado café páramo, aunque es un poco costoso y no lo venden en todas las tiendas por ser de lo que llaman un café tipo gourmet no puedo negar su excelente calidad, fino aroma y gran sabor, por eso les cuento que quedé enamorado de este café y tengo el reto de probar las otras variedades del mismo que existen disponibles en el mercado para contarles mi reseña sobre ellos, pero por lo pronto el día de hoy quiero mostrarles mi experiencia visitando una de las cafeterías de esta marca, ya que no solamente venden el café molido, sino que también tienen pequeños locales ubicados en centros comerciales donde venden una gran variedad de postres hechos de café, así como también toda su gama de granos de café en diferentes presentaciones.
Encontrarme con esta cafetería fue para mí toda una sorpresa, salí desde temprano con mis padres en la semana posterior a navidad para comprar algunas cosas que necesitábamos para prepararnos a recibir el año nuevo, en principio les confieso pensé que sería una salida algo fastidiosa, ya que recorrer varias tiendas buscando infinidad de cosas a comprar de acuerdo a la lista para mí puede volverse algo tedioso, sobre todo en estos tiempos de vacaciones en donde prefiero dormir, jugar Minecraft y leer, pero también sé que estas salidas implican visitar muchos centros comerciales donde se pueden descubrir cosas novedosas y llamativas como esta pequeña cafetería tipo kiosco que es una franquicia de Café Páramo.
Al encontrar la tienda de inmediato me senté en una de sus mesas a revisar el menú, debo contarles que es bastante variado, en cuanto a café caliente tienen disponible al menos 20 presentaciones con diferentes combinaciones de grano y sabor donde le agregan otros ingredientes. Pero descubrí algo nuevo, ya saben que me encanta probar nuevas cosas, por eso no dudé en escoger café helado con dulce de cereza. En mi país no es muy común esta fruta, a pesar de que si llega importada desde otras partes del mundo y la venden como dulces, también la utilizan como adornos en tortas y postres y debo decir que me encanta su sabor, pero me intrigaba enormemente como sería esta bebida fría donde se mezcla el sabor fuerte del café con algo sumamente dulce como la cereza en almíbar, así que, pues la decisión estaba tomada tenía que probarlo.
Me gustó muchísimo la forma como hacen la preparación, primero que nada te permiten escoger el tipo de grano que deseas para acompañar tu bebida, como saben soy fanático del café arábico de fuerte sabor, así que me decidí por el café de este tipo que ya conocía el cual tiene un color casi negro, de fuerte aroma y que produce una bebida con una contextura y cuerpo inigualable, me dio algo de risa la cara que puso el muchacho que prepara las bebidas cuando le dije mi elección y además le explique con lujo de detalles porque escogí precisamente ese tipo de café, me dijo que nunca imaginó que alguien de mi edad tomara ese tipo de café y además conociera tanto sobre la bebida. Mi respuesta fue sencilla, todo lo he aprendido gracias a mis amigos de Hive en una comunidad de personas fanáticas del café como yo llamada Cinnamon Cup Coffee.
En la preparación del café helado ponen de base el café expresso hecho con el grano escogido, luego lo colocan con una base para helados y finalmente le agregan las cerezas antes de mezclarlo en una especie de licuadora muy novedosa que jamás había visto.
Finalmente, el vaso es decorado en su interior con sirope de cereza antes de servir la bebida, en la parte superior le colocan algunos adornos más y listo tenemos una gran bebida, novedosa y muy alegre que es ideal para estos tiempos navideños por su colorida presentación.
Me encantó mucho esta bebida fría, el sabor a café está presente en todo momento y el aroma es inigualable, donde destacan de fondo las notas de la cereza, su sabor a pesar de ser algo dulce, es bastante sabroso, se siente la presencia de la fruta de cereza que además le da ese toque desconocido y misterioso que hace atractiva a una preparación de este tipo, así que no dudo en recomendarles este producto que pueden probar en cualquiera de las tiendas de la franquicia.
Hasta aquí mi reseña de este delicioso café helado con cerezas que disfruté muchísimo, espero que en este nuevo año todos tengan la suficiente alegría y prosperidad para darse los gustos que quieran, pudiendo conocer nuevas cosas y sabores.
