Hi Coffee Lovers, how are you doing this weekend? Today I come with a plate of coffee cake and also a coffee snack. I don't know myself, when did I start fallin in love to coffee? Maybe since I was in Taiwan, what led me to work longer and sleepless. So that coffee becomes a mandatory drink that I enjoy every morning, before doing activities.
Since then I have started to like coffee variants of food and snacks. Like this afternoon, on weekends I enjoy the afternoon atmosphere with coffee-flavored food. For the cake, I bought it from a well-known cake shop in the area where I live for NTD 150, or the equivalent of US$ 4. I bought it yesterday, and I have tasted it. Every bite I feel the aroma of the coffee, in this cake.
How is taste the Cake Coffee?

The coffee cake is studded with almonds, so when eaten every now and then it will bite into the sprinkles. The taste is quite right, because it is not too sweet, according to my taste which is currently reducing sweet foods.
I usually eat it in the afternoon, while drinking tea or plain water, because there is already a coffee taste in this time. So, don't over-lapping. After cutting this cake should be stored in the refrigerator, for fear that it will go stale. pity? Because the price is quite expensive π
For the coffee snack itself, I bought it at a supermarket. I make this a snack, every time. When I returned to Indonesia, I also bought this coffee snack for my son and he really liked it. Because in Indonesia we do not find snacks like this. The taste of the coffee is very good because it is also not too sweet. Even my nephew likes it very much.
Coffee for me gives a distinct impression in accompanying daily activities and enjoying the weekend. Not only through drinks, even food that tastes like coffee.
Then how about you. How much do you love coffee?
That's all my stories about #Coffee, thanks for stopping and reading. I am very happy to be able to share my recipe, photography, and my life as an Indonesian in Taiwan. See you in the next post. May we all always be given health and prosperity always.
Best Regards
