I have read and seen a lot about Juan Valdez coffee, one of the most recognized worldwide, and is that Colombian coffee is among the top 5 in the world, although I must say that my favorite instant coffee is Nescafe, yes, something basic but it is the most consumed when it comes to a good cappuccino or a mocha, this Friday I went to buy vegetables in the stall where I always go, they bring imported products from Colombia, and this week the owner of the place told me that he had brought something special for me, this little Juan Valdez vanilla with cinnamon, although coffee with cinnamon is the one I enjoy the most, I was a little skeptical about the inclusion of vanilla in it, but I wanted to venture and I brought it home.

Before I continue I must point out that I hated coffee, I could not conceive the fact that people even spend the day in a bad mood if they did not drink their morning cup of coffee, until I got pregnant and I could not conceive breakfast without a good cup of black coffee with little sugar, well yes, it was Mathias who awakened in me the love for coffee, from there I consume daily one or two cups of coffee, not small cups but a good cup hahaha. As I mentioned before, the idea of vanilla with coffee was not to my liking, as I had already had the opportunity to try the Nescafé Vanilla Latte, and I must say that I did not like it at all, but this combination of vanilla and cinnamon that brings this instant Juan Valdez is really delicious.

Instant coffee is by far one of my favorites, its flavor is generally stronger than espresso, and much more aromatic, now, the best way to try this delicious coffee was with a good cup of milk, of good quality and with an adequate percentage of fat to generate a good foam, Unlike other instant coffees, this one reduces the amount of foam in the milk, reducing some of its creaminess, but not affecting at all its delicious flavor, to tell the truth this is the only complaint I can have about this delicious coffee.

This soluble and freeze-dried coffee comes in a presentation very similar to small coffee rocks, and with a teaspoon you can prepare a cup of coffee with a very good flavor and aroma. It remains to be tested if this beauty is good to prepare the dalgona coffee, which without a doubt if it turns out it will have a very good flavor.

Mucho he leído y visto sobre el Café Juan Valdez, uno de los más reconocidos a nivel mundial, y es que el café colombiano está dentro de los 5 mejores en el mundo, aunque debo decir que mi favorito en cuanto a cafés instantáneos es el Nescafé, si, algo básica pero es de los que más consumo cuando se trata de un buen capuchino o un moca, este viernes fui a comprar verduras en el puesto donde siempre voy, ellos traen productos importados de Colombia, y esta semana el dueño del local me dijo que había traído algo especial para mí, este pequeño envase de Juan Valdez de vainilla con canela, aunque el café con canela es de los que más disfruto, estaba un poco escéptica con respecto a la inclusión de la vainilla en el mismo, pero me quise aventurar y lo traje a casa.

Antes de continuar debo acotar que yo odiaba el café, no concebía el hecho de que las personas incluso pasaran el día de mal humor si no tomaban su taza de café matutina, hasta que quede embarazada y no concebía el desayuno sin una buena taza de café negro con poca azúcar, pues si, fue Mathias quien despertó en mí el amor por el café, desde allí a diario consumo una o dos tazas de café, no tazas pequeñas sino unas buenas tazas jajaja. Como lo mencione antes, la idea de la vainilla con el café no era de mi agrado, pues ya había tenido la oportunidad de probar el Latte de Vainilla de Nescafé, y debo decir que no me agrado en lo absoluto, pero esta combinación de vainilla y canela que trae este Juan Valdez instantáneo es realmente delicioso.

El café instantáneo es por mucho de mis favoritos, su sabor por lo general es más fuerte que el café expreso, y mucho más aromático, ahora bien, la mejor manera de probar este delicioso café era con una buena taza de leche, de buena calidad y con un porcentaje de grasa adecuado para generar una buena espuma, que es uno de los atractivos de un buen latte, a diferencia de otros cafés instantáneos, este hace que disminuya la cantidad de espuma en la leche, restándole algo de cremosidad al mismo, pero no afectando en lo absoluto su delicioso sabor, a decir verdad esta es la única queja que puedo tener de este delicioso café.

Este café soluble y liofilizado viene en una presentación muy similar a pequeñas rocas de café, y con una cucharadita puedes preparar una taza de café con muy buen sabor y aroma, falta probar si esta belleza es buena para preparar el café dalgona, que sin duda alguna si resulta va a tener muy buen sabor.
