Hi, all members of Cinnamon Cup Coffee. I hope you are always fine and in a good mood, and thanks to all of the coffee drinks were accompany our day and made our day complete. Before I post my entry to #spillthebeans contest this week, I want to share my Lazy Coffee Recipe 101. I give the title #mylazycoffee because this coffee-drinking recipe is straightforward, and you can make it in your home or office. And my goal is to save our budget for buying coffee at a cafe. But in some way, it still comes back to you, you can make your coffee, or you can buy coffee at the coffee shop to support the local coffee brand. So now, let's get started.
What you need is:
- Ground Coffee
- Lemon
- Ice
Coffee Equipment:
- Aeropress
How To Make:
- Boil water. I'm using approximately 200ml water to pour into the coffee.
- Add an ice cube of approximately 300ml to the coffee pot.
- Add two slices of lemon to the coffee pot (you can add more slices if you want)
- Add lemon juice to the coffee pot (you can adjust by yourself how much juice you want)
- Add 30gr ground coffee to Aeropress (I'm using 30gr ground coffee because I need more caffeine 😂)
After preparation is ready, you can add 200ml water to the Aeropress and press the Aeropress to your coffee pot, and it will make about 500ml of coffee.
I make 500ml of coffee because I'm too lazy to create a new coffee every morning. So I make the 500ml for two days. But another reason is that I want the lemon infused with the coffee water, so the taste of coffee and lemon itself will be up the following day—especially the taste of lemon.
If you like a sweet taste, you can add some syrup. I recommend a mint syrup to you because it will make the taste fresher, especially on a hot day. But for me, I don't add syrup because just lemon it's enough for me.
