How are you today ? during this week, it rains continuously in the city where I live. The rain that continues to fall makes us susceptible to disease. Therefore, I hope and pray that all of us will always be given health, and also happiness to live this life.
The rain that continues to fall makes our steps limited. We become lazier to get out of the house, such as the cold weather making us more comfortable in bed, or the reason we are afraid that our personal vehicles such as cars and motorbikes will get dirty because they are used when it rains. However, when the rain started to let up, I immediately went out of the house to visit a place that I had planned for a long time. I got an interesting coffee shop recommendation from my wife. The coffee shop is called CAFE T1311, and listen to my experience when I came there.
Café T1311
Café T1311 or Thirty Eleven Coffee Shop is one of the food and beverage businesses that is on the rise in my city. At first, T1311 was a bakery that sold a variety of processed bakery products but has developed into a coffee shop and café that offers lots of fun when visiting it.
Thirty Eleven Coffee Shop is located at Gandhi Street no. 129F, Medan Area District – Medan City. The location of these two coffee shops is in a shopping area and the road is not too wide. Therefore, for the parking location is also very limited. We have to be smart and agile when we want to come here. I was lucky, because when I came a car came out of the parking lot.
We will not be difficult to find this coffee shop. This coffee shop building is right at the intersection of four roads, so it looks striking and different even though the building of Thirty Eleven Coffee Shop is not very large. We will see two green tents that are used for the outdoor part of this café. In addition, vines are made at the top of the building so that the decoration of this place is very pretty.
The condition of this coffee shop turned out to be very crowded. When I entered the room of this coffee shop, there were lots of customers who were doing various activities. Thirty Eleven is not just a coffee shop or restaurant, this place is perfect for bread and coffee connoisseurs. A very lethal combination.
I like the way Thirty Eleven Coffee Shop arranges the room and seating for the visitors. From my observation, there are also a lot of tables and chairs, but they can be arranged so that they don't look too crowded and still fit our eyes. Apart from that, the furniture used for this coffee shop gives us the comfort to sit back and relax and finish the business we are going to do.
Indonesian Latte
I plan to work here, it looks like a very comfortable place. I saw a list of drink menus that I could order, I was interested in one menu at Thirty Eleven Coffee Shop. The coffee menu is Indonesian Latte. I was curious, and ordered a cup of Thirty Eleven Coffee Shop to the waiter.
I didn't ask the waiter for a description of the coffee I ordered. I want to find out for myself by tasting and tasting it. I also wanted to get an element of surprise for myself.
Thirty Eleven Coffee Shop offers a coffee experience that is different from other coffee shops in my city. In my city, it's rare to find a coffee shop and a bakery as one and the same business unit. As I sat down and waited for my order, the sweet smell of the bread made me smile. I'm not much of a sweet tooth, but just smelling the aroma of baking bread makes me happy.
My order came to my table. One cup of Indonesian Latte is served in a Tosca green ceramic cup. I am very happy when hot coffee is served in a ceramic cup, for me choosing the right serving can improve the taste of coffee.
I want to cover the appearance of this coffee before I taste it. A cup of coffee milk with foam, the thing that distinguishes its appearance from a coffee latte in general is the top which is burnt with fire. I'm curious, is the powder on top of the coffee cinnamon or palm sugar. I immediately tasted this coffee, and apparently I found out that according to what was burnt in the coffee foam it looked like palm sugar. I love the foamy sensation, it's hard to describe but very tasty.
After I drank one and two cups of this coffee. I know what Indonesian latte is from Thirty Eleven Coffee Shop. Indonesian Latte is a coffee latte that is added with palm sugar and the sensation of palm sugar powder is burned on top of this coffee foam. So, the composition is similar to the palm sugar coffee latte which is the signature of coffee in Indonesia.
Although, I often drink signature coffee like this. However, Indonesian Latte from Thirty Eleven Coffee Shop gave me an impression. The coffee is just right, the sweetness is okay for me. In addition, the taste of coffee and milk is also very balanced. I really like coffee lattee which can balance the taste of milk and coffee to be a balance.
