The quality of your water is one of the most underappreciated aspects of brewing coffee. There are lots of kinds of water that can be easily found and used to brew your favorite drink to start your day. But what is really the best water to use to brew your coffee?
Personally, I like my water to be distilled with some added minerals, and yes, it is not cheap to buy branded minerals to mix with water nowadays. Luckily, we have some passionate people in our city who study these kinds of professions. Using their knowledge and skills, they came up with their own brand that consists of magnesium and calcium. You will just add this to 4–6 liters of distilled water and it will have a specific mineral content of parts per million (ppm) after completely dissolving. They are also selling it to us home brewers at a friendly price. It is only available in sachets and can be purchased individually or in packs.
For us, home brewers, baristas, and even you, we enjoy experimenting with different flavors to get the perfect one. You'll never want to drink coffee anywhere else after you've figured out how to balance the water and obtain the perfect blend. It's all about putting together the correct blend of brews.
how about you? What kind of water are you using to brew your coffee in the morning? Let me know at the comment section below.😄
