Baking, it's like a passion and moreover like a hobby to me. Every weekend I bake some slots of muffins and cookies to enjoy them like for 2-4 days long. The whole week I am fully exhausted and busy that I don't have enough thing to do these things work out so I just pick up one of the weekend days and start making these slots as I'm a sweet lover and love to eat them at any point of time so to rush at some point to get them doesn't seems to fit my routine and moreover as I love baking and cooking I can get some time during the weekend. I think my sweet and desserts stay long up till Friday as per quality and quantity because I have put up too much of effort making them so I equally have to put the effort to enjoy them as well. Beginning on with the start of the day by waking up at 9 in the morning and then starting it up till like 10 so I just started with the most easy one and that was my strawberry cup cakes. I just started by preparing the icing of the strawberry flavour and then moving to the next step by baking up those small cup cakes, it took like 15 minutes and then i just decorated them with my favourite ingredients and then refrigeratored it and along with that I enjoyed some of them as well.
I just feel like covering and baking the most simple desserts first and then shift to the one's which take a lot of them and effort and this time after the cup cakes I got these heart-shaped Alfajores. The were way to simple, started with making the up a dough often made with cornstarch for a delicate texture making up it's filling by adding up a creamy, caramel-like sweetness. They actually are sandwich cookies as they somewhat look alike them, they are made with two delicate, crumbly cookies filled with caramel like matter. It was interesting making them.
Now I think you guys must be thinking that this stock seems to be for the whole month like it's made too much but I too have to share it with my friend so sometimes it's her turn but most of the time I do it so it about to get consumed by the end of the Friday and I think I'm pretty sure for the same.
I just made 3 more desserts including 2 of the muffins and one slot of cookies. Like for me baking is an art, different colours, different flavours, different textures and everything different. When the muffin just bakes up it's process looks really very nice for me from inside of the oven. I think I can consider myself to be a good baker.
Most important after getting to much exhausted and very tired, I think it was a tiring day but I enjoyed it. Started at 10 and approximate over by 6 in the evening so much tired and after such a hard work I have to enjoy my one cup of coffee with some art on it to check whether my skills are skills are still present, just a great joke!
