This is what life is like at the VALLE ENCANTADO farm of my friend Guillermo Hernández. The experience is similar at the EL PARAISO and EL TAMARINDO farms, which also belong to friends. The feeling of peace and tranquility and harmony with nature are only surpassed by one of the first things we do when we wake up at about 5 am. What is it?

Así es la vida en la finca VALLE ENCANTADO de mi amigo Guillermo Hernández la experiencia es parecida en la finca EL PARAISO Y EL TAMARINDO que también son de unos amigos. La sensación de paz y tranquilidad y armonía con la naturaleza solo son superadas por una de las primeras cosas que hacemos al levantarnos a eso de las 5 am. ¿De que se trata?

MILK STRAIGHT FROM THE COW TO THE CUP
Don't be surprised if the cup is half full because the milker pours his portion of milk directly from the cow to the cup. This is a very particular tradition and according to my friend Christy, a native of a Venezuelan plains state, "There is no better way to drink a coffee with milk". Hers must have a lot of foam. The personalized concentration is two squirts is brown coffee and four squirts is a light latte. Let me know what you think of that custom.
LECHE DIRECTO DE LA VACA A LA TAZA
No se sorprendan que la taza esta medio llena porque el ordeñador sirve en ella su porción de leche directo de la vaca a la taza. Es tradición es muy particular y según palabras de mi amiga Christy oriunda de un estado llanero venezolana "No hay mejor manera de tomarse un café con leche". El de ella debe tener mucha espuma. la concentración es personalizada dos chorros es café marrón y cuatro chorros es un café con leche claro. Coméntame que te parece esa costumbre.
The experience of spending time in the countryside and enjoying fresh coffee with milk is very pleasant and does me good. The harmony that reigns between nature and the fact that even the animals share their products with their caretakers has given me life lessons. La experiencia de pasar un tiempo en el campo y disfrutar el Café con leche fresca es muy agradable y me hace bien. La armonía que reina entre la naturaleza el hecho de que hasta los animales comparten sus productos con sus cuidadores me ha dado lecciones de vida. Y sin duda esa forma de tomar el café me ha dejado un agradable recuerdo que quise compartir con ustedes.
