Today my people from Cinnamon Cup Coffee, I haven't been here for a long, long time and I'm doing it this time to tell you about my red fruit tea that I've been drinking every morning for a week now and yes, I confess that sometimes I miss that awesome taste of a good coffee, but I think we can give tea a chance every now and then.
I chose to drink red fruit tea, I've always liked the sweet, acid and fresh taste of strawberries, blackberries and strawberry. So I decided to go for a tea that reminded me of those flavours.
I must confess that every morning, after dipping my tea bag into the hot water, the smell of red berries permeates the house, as if I were actually cooking the fruit pulp on the kitchen cooker. That's what made me particularly in love with these teas, I think the aroma and the flavour just grabbed me in their nets.
And the question is what do you detoxify your body for? Well, some time ago I decided to make some improvements in my lifestyle and diet, try to let go of processed foods, improve my digestion and then, right there, right there came Mr. tea. In some reports I have read, tea can really help digestion and yes, I know that the best is mint tea or ginger, but I must say this tea has helped me a lot to feel better, I really didn't expect it, so it has been a sweet, sour and fruity surprise.

Dejé el café por una temporada, soy culpable. jajaja. Hay quienes sin una gota de café en el día no podrían vivir y los entiendo bien, también me gusta muchísimo el café, solo que decidí hacerlo a un lado por estos días, por suerte no me he muerto. Mi motivo de hacerlo es simplemente desintoxicar el cuerpo. Y solo por unos días tomar esta rutina de un té por las mañanas.
Hoy mi gente de Cinnamon Cup Coffee, tenía mucho, mucho tiempo sin pasar por aquí y lo hago en esta oportunidad para contarles sobre mi té de frutos rojos que ya tengo una semana tomando todas las mañanas y sí, confieso que a veces me hace falta ese sabor imponente de un buen café, pero creo que podemos darle una oportunidad al té de vez en cuando.
Yo elegí tomar té de frutos rojos, siempre me ha gustado mucho este sabor entre dulce, ácido y fresco de la fresa, la mora, la patilla. Y bueno decidí apostarle a un té que me recordara esos sabores.
Debo confesar que cada mañana, después de hundir mi bolsita de té en el agua caliente el olor de los frutos rojos impregna la casa, como si realmente estuviera cocinando la pulpa de las frutas en la estufa de la cocina. Eso me ha enamorado particularmente de estos tés, creo que el aroma y el sabor me atraparon en sus redes.
Y la pregunta es ¿para que desintoxicas el cuerpo? Bueno desde hace algún tiempo decidí hacer unas mejoras en mi estilo de vida y alimentación, tratar de soltar lo procesado, mejorar mi digestión y pues ahí, justo ahí apareció el señor té. En algunos reportes que he leído, el té puede ayudar mucho a la digestión y sí, sé que lo mejor es el té de menta o el jengibre, pero debo decir este té me ha ayudado muchísimo a sentirme mejor, de verdad no me lo esperaba, así que ha sido una sorpresa dulce, ácida con sabor a frutas.
