Greetings Coffee Lovers!😀 🍮
Let's try a new Espresso!
This one is from "Gepa", a more upper class
organic brand. I normally don't pay their normal
prices, but this Espresso was on sale, so i gave it
a try.
The Coffee/Espresso Beans...
are from Tanzania and Peru. They don't mention the
%, but Tanzania is mentioned first, so i guess it's
the main part. And meanwhile i can taste if an espresso
bean is from Africa or from South America/the Caribbean.
How?
I can taste the humidity in the bean, and most African
beans taste a little drier than South American coffee beans.
So the first time i fixed myself an espresso with this
"Fair Pound..." i didn't know where the beans were from.
I took a sip and was pretty sure it's African...😉
I remembered an Ethiopian Espresso i had like a year ago,
with a similar bean.
There is no better than the other, considering the origin
of good coffee, just different tastes you know.
Try it yourself! 🍮
Hmmm, what an Aroma!😋
So, let's mill some beans freshly...
...with my hand mill for that extra special Espresso Aroma!
Put that freshly milled espresso...
...right into my "Monte Carlo" Espresso cooker, made
out of stainless steel (not aluminum!).
This is a Vegan "Milk & Coffee"...
...so i fix my morning coffee with half a glass
of rice milk and a double espresso.
Rice milk is the most neutral from all vegan milks,
and let's you taste that good coffee aroma, compared
to soy milk e.g. which "swallows" half of your coffee
taste. Almond milk is too greasy.
Let's fix a little breakfast...
...and get them good organic seed buns out
of the oven. The left one is a "whole & pure" bun,
the right bun is a pumpkin seed bun.
Some good jelly & vegan butter...
...a.k.a. virgin coconut oil/grease.
Plus some fruits & sprouts and we are
good to go....
