Sip and Gossips: Coffee and Chill at Urban Cafe
Hello dear hivers, I am @marfeatures, and I am back with a new blog. How are you? I hope you are all doing good. For today's "blogserye" (blog series), I will be featuring my fun moments and gossips with my cousin at Urban Cafe. Come join me as I share here with you part 1 of our activities and how our day turned out.
As usual, a day from work is always tiring. Good thing my cousin and his partner invited me for a coffee date. As the plan was settled, I am furious to finish my tasks at work early to catch up with my them. It's been a long time since we've hung out; that's why I am so excited to meet them once more. By the way they just reside near my residence at Lapu Lapu City, that's why it's just easy for us to catch up. But because of the workload, we seldom meet, but at least we still have some time to go out and bond.
We've met at the famous Opon Merkado still in Lapu Lapu City; there we saw a perfect spot to have coffee and chill. Urban Cafe offers a variety of options for you to indulge in; just see the attached photos for your reference. The place is indeed a perfect spot for a moment of sip, and forget about the loads of work. Its interior was indeed beautiful; I love the way they conceptualize the theme for their café; it's just beautifully good. How about you? Have you experienced a sip of good coffee at Urban Café? Share your thoughts about their coffee and the place; I would love to hear from you.
Why do I say that their interior was indeed nice and beautiful? Come on, look at how they incorporate the old Filipino practice of eating while squatting. I mean, it's just nostalgic; I can still remember the days that we ate together with my family, squatting on the floor. Everybody may not relate to this, but I so much relate to this kind of setup, especially in the province. Indeed, a good space, good coffee, and good food just complement so nicely. I can't wait to be back at the cafe soon. It was really a good experience.
While sipping the coffee, we shared a moment of "chikas" and gossips. What else did you think we talked about? Of course, "tsimis" hahahha. I just really love how my bond with my cousin makes me feel relieved at least, from the tiring workloads. Overall, it was a blast; we've shared many "chikas" and happenings and future plans. Stay tuned because on my next blog update, I will share with you the part 2 of our activities at Opon Merkado.
That's all for now, Hivers. I hope you've enjoyed reading my blog. Help me reach a bigger audience by upvoting, commenting, and reblogging. Have a great day ahead, everyone. See you in my next blog. Bye bye! 👋💗🌷✨
