Coffee is a drink that is very popular and hard to forget for its fans. It's because of their passion for drinking coffee that many of them want to enjoy a new way of drinking coffee, either by looking for different coffee cafes from the others, or they can also make their own coffee with a mixture of several ingredients that may be a little silly but for curiosity. they are treated so they keep making it. With that goal they may become the inventors of coffee blends and then look for their own trademark or their goal may be just for their own enjoyment.
As I did this afternoon, actually I can't really enjoy coffee too much because of my unfriendly stomach, but my husband is a coffee lover. He loves coffee so much that every afternoon he has to make coffee and sit with him at the same table just to start small talk after half a day we didn't see each other because of teaching. There were so many conversations that we created nonsense jokes, about the food menu, events at school and many other things, all of which did not escape our stories.
And this afternoon I will make coffee for my husband like in the previous afternoons, but this afternoon there are some additional ingredients that I have never added to my husband's coffee blend, among the ingredients I have never added is Kasturi orange. And the Telang flower. When viewed from the size, Kasturi oranges are very small compared to normal oranges, in terms of taste, Kasturi oranges have a slightly sour taste and tend to be fresh, when compared to lemons, Kasturi oranges have a fresh taste and the smell of Kasturi oranges is more pungent than lemons, so people prefer Kasturi oranges for mixed drinks compared to lemons. Then there is also the Telang flower, the purple one which is often used as tea and I also include this cake coloring to feel how the coffee will turn out this afternoon.
And to mix coffee this afternoon I will show you the ingredients
1. 1 pack of sweetened condensed milk sachet
2. 1 tablespoon of ground coffee
3. 200 ml of water
*4. 1 thumb ginger
5. 3 pieces of Telang flower
6. 1 Kasturi orange.
How to make :
1. Pour the sweetened condensed milk into the glass
2. Boil the water until half boiling then add 1 tablespoon of ground coffee into it, stir until the water really boils
3. After it really boils, pour the coffee little by little using a filter into a glass that already contains condensed milk.
4. After the coffee is perfectly mixed, add the ginger which has been previously grated and mixed with the telang flower, here you only need the ginger water.
5. And the last step is to add Kasturi orange juice.

The taste that comes from the combination of these spices is bitter from the coffee, because I didn't add any sugar in it, then there is a slightly sour taste from the orange and spicy from the ginger. The new race that I feel is like herbal medicine..ha..ha.. it's still a little difficult to describe the taste.
