All dishes that smell of coffee I really like it. And tonight I will try to make coffee pudding with my own recipe, try to experiment in order to create a new recipe that can later be enjoyed and I make again for my extended family.
When I was shopping monthly yesterday I found a coffee trademark, namely Awi Kopi, this coffee is a typical SIDIKALANG coffee, one of the regional names in my province as one of the best coffee producers besides Aceh. they have also exported their coffee overseas. And tonight I will execute this AWI coffee not to be brewed with hot water but to become a delicious pudding, you can try it and I'm sure when you try it you will continue to make this recipe. in addition to the easy method, the ingredients that are easy to get around you make this coffee pudding a 98% success. It's a really good pudding even though it's my first time making it. And so that you are not curious then I will share this recipe of mine.
Ingredients for coffee pudding
1. 1 tablespoon coffee powder
2. 3 cups of water
3. 1 teaspoon cornstarch
4. 2 tablespoons of palm sugar
5. 1 pack of chocolate jelly (you can also use unflavored jelly)
How to make coffee pudding.
1. Pour the agar powder into the pan
2. Mix the palm sugar
3. Then mix also 1 tablespoon of coffee
4. Then enter 1 teaspoon of cornstarch so that the pudding made is not mushy and watery and hardens quickly
5. Then enter 3 glasses of drinking water
6. Mix into one ingredient, stir everything and cook on low heat until it boils
7. After boiling, remove and let stand for about 3 minutes, after that, strain the coffee pudding when printing it, because in the pudding mixture there is coffee grounds left in it. Let stand about 5 minutes so that the pudding becomes cold and a little hard.
Ingredients for making Chia seed gravy
1. 1 tablespoon chia seeds

2. 2 glasses of water
3. 2 tablespoons of sugar or according to your taste
4. Coconut milk packaging 65 ML (you can replace it with milk)
5. Sweet local mango
How to make Chia sauce:
1. Pour 1 tablespoon of chia seeds into the pot
2. After that, mix the coconut milk
3. Add 2 cups of boiled water
4. Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar
5. All the ingredients are stirred and cooked in the stove using low heat until it boils, then remove and let stand for a while until warm
6. After it is warm, mix it into the glass and mold that already contains the coffee pudding
7. After that enter the mango fruit into it.
8. While the pudding is warm, you can enjoy it.
How about this recipe of mine, it took a little courage to do this experiment, and it turns out I managed to make this coffee pudding into a delicious, soft coffee preparation with the taste of coconut milk and warm chia seeds mixed together with the fresh taste of mango. And tonight I have a new way to enjoy my coffee. I will make it often and this pudding is definitely safe for children's stomachs and rich in dietary fiber.
