I went to visit my aunt to visit my maternal grandmother, since I entered, you can not imagine what aroma invaded me in her house, ****a cinnamon ****, was a smell that enveloped my being, I do not know why I associated it with coffee, but my first thought, after the smell, came that memory, a long time ago, I do not remember how long ago, maybe 7 or 8 years, I do not know exactly, but what is certain is, that I had taken at my friend's house, Mr. Alejandro, a cup of coffee flavored with cinnamon, there they have a custom, to take coffee flavored with cinnamon, to be the first time, I liked it very much, since then, until today, I had not tried it again, until Wednesday March 19, I woke up remembering that aroma of cinnamon, no more was said, hand to the coffee āš.
I was up very early, I had to go to work and take Sofia to school, as I had enough time, I started my ritual, we Venezuelans, we accompany our day to day with a cup of coffee, from the moment we get up, to be energetic all day. I prepared the milk, I added a pinch of salt, I separated my part, to the remaining part, I added the pure coffee, I added a little sugar, I gave it to my children and husband; my preparation was simple, I put pieces of cinnamon in the cup, I added hot milk, I stirred it and let them taste it. My family still does not drink coffee without sugar, but I do not lose hope that someday they will stop consuming it with sugar, I asked for the appreciation of the cinnamon coffee with milk, I tell you that the family was happy with this preparation, they could not stand it and came back to taste it, accompanying the drink with a piece of arequipe flavored cake that my son @cjmorillo had made the night before, I tried a piece, the mixture between the two, tasted exquisite, if you ask me, if I left canelado coffee with milk, the answer is, no š¤.
